Needed off-warranty hearing aid repair during the winter holiday. The cost was less than I originally anticipated, and the turnaround time was reasonable given the time of year. The pick-up appointment was easy to schedule, and I was out and on my way to work in less than 30 minutes. Also received some great info & ideas for my next upgrade due later this year.

The staff at the Greeley, CO office are amazing!! The hearing test was easy. I LOVE my new hearing aids and this is my 2nd pair.
I purchased devices from this company several years back and couldn’t be happier with the quality of their product and most of all the staff! This product I was offered is not for me. They are not compatible with my phone (informed AFTER purchase) so any streaming or voice phone calls are poor quality. The staff are pleasant.
