I had a positive experience with audiologist, Marlo Briggs, and office staff, Jeanette. Marlo has years of experience and provided an extensive hearing test. She knew exactly what hearing aids I was best suited for and stayed within my budget. My appointment was not rushed.
I didn't expect to get new hearing aids on my first visit, but Marlo was great. She was thorough, explained everything in detail, set up my hearing aids and I am fully satisfied with them. I highly recommend HearUSA Z for hearing aid needs.
We were very impressed with the service at Hear USA in Grand Blanc. Jeanette the receptionist and Marlo the Audiologist with 30 years of experience, were very patient and kind with my husband who has dementia. I highly recommend HearUSA!!!
