I had a positive experience with audiologist, Marlo Briggs, and office staff, Jeanette. Marlo has years of experience and provided an extensive hearing test. She knew exactly what hearing aids I was best suited for and stayed within my budget. My appointment was not rushed.
We were very impressed with the service at Hear USA in Grand Blanc. Jeanette the receptionist and Marlo the Audiologist with 30 years of experience, were very patient and kind with my husband who has dementia. I highly recommend HearUSA!!!
If you need hearing aids, this is the place to go! Marlo, the Audiologist was awesome.. she has over 30 years of experience and you can tell right away! I love this office in Grand Blanc Mi! The exam, fitting and hearing aids have been excellent! It’s the aftercare I've received from the receptionist that has been over the top excellent! She has answered my phone calls with such positivity, joy and help each and every time! I have worked with Marlo Briggs at the Grand Blanc office for many years. She is always very patient and caring. She has been very helpful as my hearing needs changed over time. I can’t say enough kind words. I recommend her highly. And receptionist Jeanette is also very pleasant and helpful.
