I love this office in Grand Blanc Mi! The exam, fitting and hearing aids have been excellent! It’s the aftercare I've received from the receptionist that has been over the top excellent! She has answered my phone calls with such positivity, joy and help each and every time! Ive had alot of trouble with keeping my bluetooth on and get so frustrated and she patiently walks me thru the steps to reconnect when i get so frustrated! I love love love her customer service ! I have worked with Marlo Briggs at the Grand Blanc office for many years. She is always very patient and caring. She has been very helpful as my hearing needs changed over time. I can’t say enough kind words. I recommend her highly. And receptionist Jeanette is also very pleasant and helpful.
