Wonderful staff. I was nervous about getting hearing aids, but they were so kind and patient and answered all my questions. The follow up phone calls were unexpected but very helpful.
I have worked with Marlo Briggs at the Grand Blanc office for many years. She is always very patient and caring. She has been very helpful as my hearing needs changed over time. I can’t say enough kind words. I recommend her highly. And receptionist Jeanette is also very pleasant and helpful.
