The staff at Hear USA were very friendly and professional. Marlo the audiologist was extremely patient and explained what she needed from me pertaining to the test assessment. When I returned to her office to pick up my hearing aids she really took her time in adjusting the settings that I needed to hear better. I would definitely recommend Hear USA on Hill Rd in Grand Blanc to anyone. I’m very happy with hearing aids

Knowledgeable and professional staff. Marlo, the audiologist, explained all we needed. Jeanette, front desk receptionist, was super helpful and friendly too.
Had to make an unexpected repair and even though they weren’t open for walking I was graciously accommodated. The repair took less than 3 minutes and the staff was kind and efficient.
The staff at Hear USA on Hill Rd. Work hard to make sure you are always satisfied with your hearing aides. They are very thoughtful and take time to assist you. Very much appreciated.
