I had a great experience! Marlo and Janette were really nice and the testing process was thorough and enjoyable. Marlo was extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss and I was very happy with everything she did for me! Can’t believe how “high tech” my new hearing aids are and I love that I have an app on my iPhone that allows me to do so many things with them! I’m very happy with my experience Marlo and with this company!

I didn't expect to get new hearing aids on my first visit, but Marlo was great. She was thorough, explained everything in detail, set up my hearing aids and I am fully satisfied with them. I highly recommend HearUSA Z for hearing aid needs.

I went to have my default settings slightly modified after a month of use and was pleasantly surprised that they also cleaned the units and changed the settings with no problems. They also changed the dome sizes so that they fit better in my ears. I now have a larger size in my right ear than my left as the unit would go too far into the right ear and I couldn't hear the battery level tones. All of this was free of charge. The staff at HearUSA in Grand Blanc was very professional and knowledgeable. They assisted with the paperwork and answered every question. The hearing test was through and the demo of the hearing aids was really good. Overall they're great.

I had a positive experience with audiologist, Marlo Briggs, and office staff, Jeanette. Marlo has years of experience and provided an extensive hearing test. She knew exactly what hearing aids I was best suited for and stayed within my budget. My appointment was not rushed.
