I really like this office because Julisa Valenzuela and Belen are always very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this particular office to anyone who needs the services they provide because they will really have a very a satisfactory experience in taking care of their hearing aids needs.

Excellent audio tech, nice clean modern facility, quick turn around. If you want a specific brand be sure to call ahead to check availability. I didn’t but tried the ones they had and am very happy with them. I have been wearing hearing aids for a while and this is my third set, they keep improving, these are by far the best

Dispenser listening and patience skills employed while I explained my past experience and difficulty fitting after wearing aids for 45 years. Testing thorough. My need to understand all my options was addressed. Securing Care Credit approval over phone simple. Many questions not addressed by Care Credit due to digital support rather than live. my only suggestion would be making that pick up appt at ordering, rather than after they are in, as it is a further delay in securing your hearing devices.

My husband has needed hearing aids for a long time and the service that we received has been exceptional! Julie has been very patient with him as he adjusts to life with the ability to hear again. We cannot be more pleased and would highly recommend this business.
