My husband has needed hearing aids for a long time and the service that we received has been exceptional! Julie has been very patient with him as he adjusts to life with the ability to hear again. We cannot be more pleased and would highly recommend this business.
The hearing aids I bought from HearUSA haven’t performed well for me. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful, but this is an inferior product. I hear my ankles cracking and random sounds and music. But I actually have to take them off to hear voices, words, conversation.
Nicole explained in detail how different hearing aids work. She programmed my hearing aids and showed me how to control them via an app. I appreciate the time she took with me as these are my first hearing aids.
The young lady was very helpful. She even came up with a method to keep my oxygen cannula from knocking my hearing aids out of my ear and being lost. Very bright nd resourceful.
My hearing Test was brief but thorough. Information on my hearing's current status was clear and precise. The technician was very informative regarding my upgrade options and honest about weighing the benefits.
