Excellent audio tech, nice clean modern facility, quick turn around. If you want a specific brand be sure to call ahead to check availability. I didn’t but tried the ones they had and am very happy with them. I have been wearing hearing aids for a while and this is my third set, they keep improving, these are by far the best

Very knowledgeable staff. Went over the results of the hearing test and answered all questions Explained everything about each type of device. Asking questions and recommendations on the best type for my particular hearing issue

Dispenser listening and patience skills employed while I explained my past experience and difficulty fitting after wearing aids for 45 years. Testing thorough. My need to understand all my options was addressed. Securing Care Credit approval over phone simple. Many questions not addressed by Care Credit due to digital support rather than live. my only suggestion would be making that pick up appt at ordering, rather than after they are in, as it is a further delay in securing your hearing devices.
