Dispenser listening and patience skills employed while I explained my past experience and difficulty fitting after wearing aids for 45 years. Testing thorough. My need to understand all my options was addressed. Securing Care Credit approval over phone simple. Many questions not addressed by Care Credit due to digital support rather than live. my only suggestion would be making that pick up appt at ordering, rather than after they are in, as it is a further delay in securing your hearing devices.
Nice place they explained how everything works they answered all my questions. Only thing they didn't have the ear piece in stock so didn't walk out with what I purchase but will not wait over a week will get my it in 2 business days. Overall great place great employees who take the time to explain every concern you mite have!
Company rep checks up to make sure my service was positive. Hearing aid dispenser at Hear USA, Julie, is very thorough and patient.
I was nervous for this appointment but the staff was very helpful and courteous. She explained everything to me and showed me different options.
The hearing aids I bought from HearUSA haven’t performed well for me. The staff is friendly and try to be helpful, but this is an inferior product. I hear my ankles cracking and random sounds and music. But I actually have to take them off to hear voices, words, conversation.
