Things were a little "difficult" durring the change in staff, but now you are back to great service. I was reminded last week that I had sort of quit using my aids, one didn't work, so I quit. When I tried, one more time to set up an apt, Paul was very kind and sugested I stop in for a quick check to see what was wrong. He fixed it in seconds, and I was on my way. Very happy with the hearing aids again. Please thank hin again for me.

I’ve had a hearing loss in both my ears for most of my life, from severe to profound. So I am very familiar with, hearing tests, buying Hearing Aids (HA’s) and working with different audiologists. I had an appointment scheduled more than a month ahead of the date:May13, 2026 at 10:45 am for the clinic located at 1870 Beam Ave Maplewood, MN 55109. When I got there the receptionist could not find my appointment and later told me that it was cancelled due to my failure to respond to the message sent to me asking for, presumably a response. Brenda, at Maplewood HearUSA, was very professional in her approach to the hearing assessment and the changes that needed to be made in order to enjoy a better hearing experience. HearUSA needs a better way to schedule and/or change appointments at specific locations or with a specific provider. Leaving messages and getting calls back does not help customers who may not be available to take calls.
