Things were a little "difficult" durring the change in staff, but now you are back to great service. I was reminded last week that I had sort of quit using my aids, one didn't work, so I quit. When I tried, one more time to set up an apt, Paul was very kind and sugested I stop in for a quick check to see what was wrong. He fixed it in seconds, and I was on my way. Very happy with the hearing aids again. Please thank hin again for me.

Unsure how HearUSA has such high Google ratings, as my experience was far from average. I booked an appointment through their website, but scheduling was handled by someone at corporate rather than the local office. After the appointment was set, I needed to reschedule and called the Maplewood location directly. Instead of rescheduling, Paul canceled the appointment entirely. Brenda is fabulous! Extremely kind and incredibly thorough! She takes time to explain everything well and answers questions and concerns. So knowledgeable!!!! I’ve never experienced such wonderful care.

These folks are super. They set up my hearing aids and walked me through using the app for them on my cell phone. When I had to come back (a walk-in) to swap out a bit on one hearing aid, the staff (I can't remember his name, rats!) was polite, friendly, and had me right as rain in a minute! I'd recommend them to anyone!
