I was very pleased with how open the Audiologist was. She listened to my concerns and needs. Explained everything in a way that I understood. I left very satisfied that I had been taken care of and my hearing needs were improved
These folks are super. They set up my hearing aids and walked me through using the app for them on my cell phone. When I had to come back (a walk-in) to swap out a bit on one hearing aid, the staff (I can't remember his name, rats!) was polite, friendly, and had me right as rain in a minute! I'd recommend them to anyone!
HearUSA was just great! I was there for about 90 minutes for a hearing test and then Brenda, the TruHearing staff person that conducted the test went over all of the info regarding the hearing aids, how to use, how to charge, etc. I left with a new set of hearing aids and for the first time in several months my hearing was back to normal. It was a very positive experience! I would definitely feel confident recommending TruHearing and HearingUSA to anyone.
Overall, a very good experience. Jason was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Even answered questions I had not thought of yet. I have gone through this many times with other vendors but have never committed to it until now. It has only been 4 hours with the new hearing aids, and I'm amazed by how much I have been missing. 2nd visit was also great. They called to cancel my appointment less than 24 hours out. They then informed me that there would be a $100 office visit fee for my COMPLIMENTARY follow up. So I canceled my appointment. A few weeks later I get an email and text message indicating I've been scheduled for an appointment. What?!? I didn't make that appointment. You can't just schedule clients. What is wrong with this company?
