I wanted to share this with you that Signa hearing aid is not strong enough for me as I noticed that I could not hear well with it. I am not happy with it. The other day I had to put my back up Phonak hearing aid is more powerful I was able to hear more and better. Next time when I need new hearing aid it's going to be Phonak Nadia brand. When I asked for Phonak brand I was told Signa is better so I disagree with this. I am not happy so now I have to wait one more year to get Phonak to hear better.
Diagnosis of hearing aid problem was prompt and the repair of the cracked wire was made in the office. Hearing airs were recalibrated and hearing is back to normal. Technician Brenda Smieja was very courteous .
Unsure how HearUSA has such high Google ratings, as my experience was far from average. I booked an appointment through their website, but scheduling was handled by someone at corporate rather than the local office. After the appointment was set, I needed to reschedule and called the Maplewood location directly. Instead of rescheduling, Paul canceled the appointment entirely. We arrived about 15 mins early and we got right in! Staff was right on top of things. They are alot cheaper ($$) then my doctors office. The last time I got hearing aids I got them from my doctors and they were over double! Made my day! I love the added features also, Bluetooth, and I can adjust the individual aids volume from the app on my phone. I'll definitely be back! Thanks!
