We arrived about 15 mins early and we got right in! Staff was right on top of things. They are alot cheaper ($$) then my doctors office. The last time I got hearing aids I got them from my doctors and they were over double! Made my day! I love the added features also, Bluetooth, and I can adjust the individual aids volume from the app on my phone. I'll definitely be back! Thanks!
Brenda is fabulous! Extremely kind and incredibly thorough! She takes time to explain everything well and answers questions and concerns. So knowledgeable!!!! I’ve never experienced such wonderful care.
I was very pleased with how open the Audiologist was. She listened to my concerns and needs. Explained everything in a way that I understood. I left very satisfied that I had been taken care of and my hearing needs were improved
These folks are super. They set up my hearing aids and walked me through using the app for them on my cell phone. When I had to come back (a walk-in) to swap out a bit on one hearing aid, the staff (I can't remember his name, rats!) was polite, friendly, and had me right as rain in a minute! I'd recommend them to anyone!
Overall, a very good experience. Jason was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. Even answered questions I had not thought of yet. I have gone through this many times with other vendors but have never committed to it until now. It has only been 4 hours with the new hearing aids, and I'm amazed by how much I have been missing. 2nd visit was also great.
