Horrible place. Do not take your elderly parents here! Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. My 95 year mother first came here two years ago. When she came back for her hearing aides, they did not check them on her nor showed her how to use them. They handed her the bag and on her way. She went back a few months later to complained that her hearing aides were not working. They checked them and told her there was nothing wrong with them. But she still did not hear well.
