What a nice experience my mother and I had at this location of Hear USA. Ms. Vivian is a true professional. She made my 95 year old mom feel at ease throughout the entire hearing test. She explained everything as it was being done and did not rush. After the hearing test, she fitted my mom with hearing aids right then and there, was was fully covered by her insurance for the ones she received.
