Horrible place. Do not take your elderly parents here! Staff is very rude and inconsiderate. My 95 year mother first came here two years ago. When she came back for her hearing aides, they did not check them on her nor showed her how to use them. They handed her the bag and on her way. She went back a few months later to complained that her hearing aides were not working. They checked them and told her there was nothing wrong with them. But she still did not hear well. Well of course the product is wonderful but I had the feeling she was more interested in sales.
Dr Vivian Suarez as well as her assistant Yoly are the greatest team at Hear USA I was a hopeless deaf person until I met them 5 years ago, Vivian researched until she found a device that allowed me to hear, after 66 years I. Could hear . Yoly is the most efficient, diligent customer service rep Thank you Vivian, you are one of my Angels!!! Yoly, thank you for all your help and support
Everybody here were kind and helped my dad feel comfortable. We chose to improve his hearing aids with them and he feels awesome. His equipment is going to be cared periodically in order to function like new
