The best and most detailed hearing test that I have ever had. Tim is great to work with and is excellent at explaining how your hearing works in different environments. This is my first time having to purchase hearing aids and I highly recommend him.
Very helpful and are always a phone call away to answer any questions I have. Very friendly and make sure I understand what he tells me how to clean my hearing aides. I recommend people to go and make an appointment. The thing’s you don’t know you’re not hearing will surprise you. I still can’t hear my wife but he said that’s by choice it has nothing to do with my hearing aids.
My husband's hearing aids were sent by HEARUSA in Independence, MO to the manufacturer to be repaired and reset. They came back taped together and with a hole in one of the hearing aids and not the speakers he was told could be put in. He had requested Tim to reprogram them per his doctor and Tim suggested he try them first. He attempted to call and talk with Tim and was told he couldn't be transferred to Tim. Me and my fiance went to the location on 39th st. independence mo. This was his first time there. Both the doc and assistant were amazing.. They had us leaving there in awe. My fiance went for replacement tubes and all i can say is they are both amazing people who definitely went above and beyond.. Thank you so MUCH
I've had my Siemens hearing aids for over four years and have been satisfied with them, but lately they have stopped working. The place where I purchased them is out of business so I found Hearing USA. The young professional, Isabella checked the hearing aids, cleaned them and they now work great. She gave me a cleaning tool,showed me how to use it. The charge for this service was Zero! They are interested in helping people. Want to be treated right? Go there. I will.
