My wife and I have had hearing aids, with Jenna, for over a decade. My wife has had more problems with hers than I have, but I called today, September 10th, because one of them has quit working. I was told that they were booked up until the 28th. It’s always taken less than 10 minutes to do the repairs before, but now for some reason, I can’t even get an appointment before 2+ weeks? I don’t know what we will do, but I do know, that is unacceptable!

My appointment was today, 6/16/ 2026, at 3:30 pm.. Will I ever be returning, yes, to get a copy of my test results. Do I need hearing aids, yes. The reason, the only reason I will be returning to Hearing USA in Kalispell, Mt., to retrieve my test results. As a Senior.. Jenna arrogantly thought me near brain dead, (no one is more aware than Jenna hearing loss may cause brain cell death, but, so am I.
