The hearing test went smoothly with no issues. Judgement will come when I use the new hearing aids. I have had the hearin aids outwalk and all hasonne well. I did return to the office to get some instruction sniff my questions were quickly answered r and issues resolved
No waiting upon arrival. Dr. Kish conducted the hearing test very efficiently. No pressure to buy new hearing aids. He looked at my current ones and was able to fix the right one for a reasonable amount. He took the time to explain the new technology as well as their offer to wear them for a trial period for no cost. Excellent service. Highly recommend them!!
Hear USA is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the services and assistance they provide. From the front desk to the exam room and everywhere in between you will be handled with complete professionalism and kindness. I actually always look forward to visiting these folks.
Very good experience working with Hear Usa. Stephanie the office manager/receptionist is exceptional. I appreciate Jenna’s professional audiologist skills. I always feel listened to. She does an excellent job of customer service.
Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that I wasn’t shown the selection of hearing aids they have and had to ask to see what the OTE looked like. They couldn’t tell me much about financing so I had to listen to someone over a speaker phone talking about all my options and it was confusing. I found the cost rather high also even after my insurance discount.
