Superior service, personable and professional staff and the benefits of local stores in major cities is first prize should you need service or assistance. These folks have their act together and are as good as you can expect for hearing care. I highly recommend Hear USA to anyone that sufferers from diminished hearing.
No waiting upon arrival. Dr. Kish conducted the hearing test very efficiently. No pressure to buy new hearing aids. He looked at my current ones and was able to fix the right one for a reasonable amount. He took the time to explain the new technology as well as their offer to wear them for a trial period for no cost. Excellent service. Highly recommend them!!
I can not express enough how grateful I am to the folks at HearUSA. Jenna and the team have consistently gone above and beyond every step of the way with getting me taken care of. The overall improvement to my quality of life wouldn't have been possible without their help.
