Superior service, personable and professional staff and the benefits of local stores in major cities is first prize should you need service or assistance. These folks have their act together and are as good as you can expect for hearing care. I highly recommend Hear USA to anyone that sufferers from diminished hearing.
First visit Hearing USA was easy. I had lost my hearing aid and they got me right in and took good care of me. Explained the procedure and now just waiting for them to arrive.
From the moment I walked in for evaluation of several complicated hearing issues, the doctor created a safe and comfortable environment. He led the process at a pace I was comfortable with and he took his time explaining everything in laymen's terms. This was my first visit to HearUSA, and I now have a new 1st choice for all of my hearing needs.
