HearUSA provided excellent service and very helpful information regarding the hearing aid I need. I truly appreciated their patience and attention, and highly recommend HearUSA.
Everyone in this office is very professional and caring for their clients. The audiologist, Mariela, is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. The invited representative was easy to speak to and conducted a very thorough exam of the ear canal discovering the problem with the right ear and I was able to hear with that ear again. The office was very efficient in handling the paperwork. I was extremely pleased with the experience.
The technician raised the volumn on my hearing aid. No charge. Cleaned wax from the units. I thank you. My wife thanks you even more heartily. Lloyd Muccio
