Great courtesy by joe. I have two companies that I use for my hearing Aids this is not only the best but I wouldn’t change for any reason except maybe if an Employee name Joe resigns. However it’s very hard to get them on the phone but they do return back calls. GOOD JOB GUYS.
It was easy to walk in and clean up my hearing, send to fix hearing and next apt. great people I have know them for a long time . I love this place.
The best experience by far as HearUSA they are so warm and caring there, and so professional at the same time. I have received excellent care there, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Very good service when I go to the store, but they are extremely hard to contact by phone. They post in the store that any maintenance, etc. must be scheduled by phone, but have been helpful when I have just gone in without scheduling. That said, the hearing aid specialist is very easy to work with and very willing to try to figure out how to make things work best.
Employees are very helpful and friendly. They have always solved all my issues. I highly recommend them.
