I met with Mary and was very happy after my visit. Mary performed my annual hearing test and explained to me the results thoroughly. She connected my hearing aids to my iPhone and programmed their app and showed me all the adjustments that I could make on the phone. I am truly thrilled that she took the time to explain so much to me and am much happier with my hearing aids.

Four cancellations in the last month. For the last two attempted visits, we were called an hour before that equipment broke, and then after arriving for today's appointment, they cancelled on the spot. Abysmal service. Wasting our time over and over again. Clearly, something is going on with his specific venue. I've seen 12 year old girls run a lemonade stand better than this.
