My visit was great as the office expected me and saw me on schedule/time. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had excellent suggestions including new replacement aids as mine were still under warranty. I drive a good 45 minutes to get my audiological care here though other options are closer to me and it’s definitely worth it!

My first follow up appointment. Morgan made a few adjustments and I was in and out very quickly. Seen on time, very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I brought my left hearing aid in because the sound was not coming through very clearly. I left it with Morgan. She put in a new wire connection. When I came back, it did not work. I paid $100 for her effort. She called the home office and while I had to pay $330 for Additional repair, Morgan refunded The $100 Paid to her. That was good customer service.

I’ve been going to this location for several years. Always have a positive experience. It’s not “ give me a hearing aid” and u hope it’s the right one. There are dozens and dozens of manufacturers of gearing auds at wide price range. On my first visit and during my “ follow up” yearly exams, they administered a full heating test in a soundproof room!! ( VERY IMPORTANT!) All results were on a graph. My appointment pretty much started on time. Woman at the front desk was pleasant. And Maddie did such a great job of explaining things to me as we made our way through testing my hearing and checking my hearing aids.
