From the moment we walked in, Micki and Dr. Bernstein treated my mom, who is almost 100 years old, with such tenderness, dignity, and genuine warmth. Several months ago, I noticed my hearing was questionable. I saw an ENT physician who ordered an audiological evaluation with an audiologist. The findings indicated a moderate to severe hearing loss. My ENT physician recommended that I procure heparin aids to assist my hearing abilities.
