We were very pleased with our visit, very professional. We've had our hearing aids for 3 years and no one ever showed us what Mr.Beirsten did. And Mickey ( the receptionist) is also very plesant and noligible.
I have been to many hearing tests with my mother, but I have never in all the years I’ve been going been treated and taking care of the way that I was at the Coconut Creek Hear USA. It’s too long to go into all the details of my experience, but what I can say is Dr/audiologist was more than professional more than understanding more than patient than anyone I’ve ever had to deal with. In the past, we went to the Tamarack office and it wasn’t near as wonderful as this Office. Thank you so much for your help. It was wonderful.
My husband had a very good experience at the Coconut Creek Hear USA. We were warmly greeted by Mickie and Adam the audiologist was most helpful with his caring service. Would definitely recommend.
We had the most beautiful experience at HearUSA in Coconut Creek. From the moment we walked in, Micki and Dr. Bernstein treated my mom, who is almost 100 years old, with such tenderness, dignity, and genuine warmth. Very knowledgeable & friendly technician, very patient expaining every facet of the test and results. Professional receptionist and helpful with financing, scheduling and appointments! Finally got fitted with my new SIGNIA 'ears' so far so good, very simple to adjust!
