I am totally pleased with my Hear USA experience. Although I am still learning about hearing aids I know more than I did prior to coming to the office. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mickey and Adam both explain the total process including fees, etc. I am a very satisfied customer.
I met Mickey when I first walked in the store. This very nice lady, explained the options available once an appointment was established. On my appointment Adam explained the exam process step by step ensuring I understood how the test works. I was very pleased with their service. Looking forward to my next visit & results.
Everything was good except for one thing! I felt very rushed could have used more time to all more questions but now I have to wait another two weeks before I go back to get any adjustments I need or questions I have! Being I purchased their best hearing aid I don’t expect to be soaked and that would even be if I purchased their cheapest. If that was fixed they would have gotten 5 states
The best I have ever experienced for my son. Truly empathetic, which is what we need when visiting doctor office !! Don't hesitate to pick this office on Coconut Creek office on FL Mickey is the best reception and veryyyyyy empathetic 🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️
The Dr. I had at the CoconutCreek PKWY Office was very helpful went throuh. Every test the way he explained He spent an hour doing every thing he said then explained the print out with The left ear & the nos. Of the right ear I would give a 10 star
