Thanks to Myra in getting me in quickly. After fussing with my new hearing aids,I finally gave in and gave my frustrations to Mike. He pin pointed my problems right away and guided me through what I was doing wrong with placing them in my ears. This morning was a breeze with inserting them in my ears. Thank you for feeling like family,for the laughs and mostly for the kindness and understanding of what aging does to an individual.

Excellent provider of hearing testing and hearing aids provider. Been coming to this location for several years after some pretty bad experiences. From the phone call, appointment scheduling to the final testing and evaluation, they are the top tier.

have been searching for a hearing aid, tried a few places then i called Hear USA Brooksville, Myra set up an appt. for me which was 3 weeks out, they called back and got me in that week, not sure what to expect but the reviews looked good. Malissa at the front desk was very nice and polite, Michael, who did the checkup and test was so easy to work with and professional and what a sense of humor, he made sure everything was what we wanted not worried if we were purchasing or not, after a very though examine i said okay let's ... read more
