Always great to me. Dr Angela and her staff do a great job. Very happy with them.
Angela was great. She’s always made me feel comfortable. Make sure I knew what I was doing with my hearing aids and fixed what I need to have fixed. I’ve never had a problem getting in. It was just overall great experience.
Dr. Damron and staff are very professional. Their help is greatly appreciated.
In March of 2023, I purchased a pair of Horizon 7AX hearing aids. The service was through an office in Parma. After the first year with these aids, which do work well, my contact with the Parma office became limited. For various reasons, I became uncomfortable with my hearing. Then the right aid stopped working. I tried to contact the Parma office and found that the Akron office was now covering for the Parma office as well as their own.
