I went to HearUSA on East Bay Drive, Clearwater FL because I suspected a loss of hearing and my main doctor suggested them. Zack and his team were very professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Zack gave me my hearing test then went over the results with me and showed me all of the details of wearing hearing aids. The price of the hearing aids was a bit pricey but I had help from my health Insurance and I was able to finance the rest. After hearing the difference the experience was definitely worth it
Had them less than a week but so far so good. They are very comfortable so once I get them fine tuned I hope they will be to my liking. One thing I'm concerned about is the tinnitus masking. It seems to be better, only time will tell
I felt they were great. Went in because my insurance company told me they took it. Went through all the test and fitted me and they work great. I went back two or three times with small problems and they have fixed those problems and no charge. Nice people
Zachary and Bibi are Very progressional courteous and friendly and knowledgeable excellent customer service every time and very respectful.
This location (East Bay Dr, Clearwater) is awesome… they’ve taken great care of my mother for years… Zach Greene is a great professional!
