My husband had such a good experience and said he was so glad that I made the appointment for him. He loves his new hearing aid and the fact that it’s Bluetooth. The staff and the doctor were just wonderful. Definitely five stars..
Testing,and information was great. I have worn them for 2 days. Very Happy to hear words so much better. Dr. Was very good, and front desk lady very nice.
My experience has been excellent. Things go wrong but when you can just walk in and have your problem solved, that’s worth a lot. No hearing aid is perfect but when you can get it fixed so readily it’s worth the price. Woman at the desk has been wonderful.
I had an issue with my right hearing aid and I stopped at the store to see if they could be repaired. The young lady at the front desk took them back to the technician and I was out in about 20 minutes. Great service and I couldn’t have asked for nicer people. Personally, I would not go anywhere else for hearing aids other than Hear USA!
Zachary was professional and informative. He was very patient helping my daughter. She has Down syndrome and needed a little more help understanding about the hearing aids.
