Totally just out to make money. Don't care about patient. Only went to them because Humana has a contract with them. They now charge $60 to walk in the door, plus $65 to replace tubes. All servises that use to be complimentary. Now push to replace hearing aides in 3 years, where mine use to last 7 years! Average is 5-7 years. I have worn hearing aids for 37 years. My Mom went for a hearing test recently. HEARUSA found that her right ear was severly impacted with wax. My Mom has recently had a LENGTHY stay in numerous hospitals. HearUSA could have omitted the fact that she had an impacted ear and sold hearing aids saying she had natural hearing loss, but they didn't. They told her the truth. Honesty. Had a mixup on the hearing aids that were ordered. Not that big a deal, but I was disappointed. Waiting on the reorder. Zackery Green was very professional and helpful in helping me pick out the hearing aids that were best for me.

I was there to get replacement ear molds. They did a wonderful job with them. They are so comfortable and with the volume turned up, have stopped saying huh? When someone speaks to me. Thank you.

Hear USA is awesome. They are friendly and professional. I was only in the office for 10 minutes and my aides were cleaned and tuned perfectly.
