Since obtaining my aids about five years ago I have been treated so well. All my appointments for cleaning or a tiny fix have always been positive ecperiences. I like Hearing USA. Have always recommended them to friends. Its wonderful to hear so clearly again.
The doctor was very attentive and helpful in getting replacement filters in so the sound was unobstructed for us. He also gave me some options regarding how to communicate with the hearing aids that should help!

Horribly rude staff. I was told I could not reschedule unless I could guerentee my arrival. I'm a senior w a disability. I am losing my memory. I apparently missed too many appointments (3) as she reprimanded me. This girl was disrespectful and unprofessional. I actually cried when I hung up. After spending 1100. OOP I have a non working pair of aids. They r not consistent and work on and off. My charger is not working either. My dr referred me thru Humana ins. So it will be reported to all.
