I have had excellent service at Hear USA! I had been going to another hearing place and Hear USA provides a very knowledgeable hearing specialist! His name is Frank Fonseca. He is very good at matching you with the right hearing aid that is most comfortable for you. I originally tried a hearing aid and found that It was not right for me. Mark Fonseca is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I had to go back several times with my own problems with the hearing aid and he was wonderful in helping me. I highly recommend Mark for any of your hearing aid needs
Working with Hear USA was about the easiest and thorough experience I have had with anything. Mark Fonseca and his staff were friendly and courteous, and above all helpful. It is very easy to set up appointments and he is very good at breaking a person in on hearing aids. I highly recommend Hear USA in Hinsdale, Illinois.
I got excellent service right from the first call setting up an appointment to evaluation and finally getting used to the hearing aid. I went to Hinsdale location for evaluation and trials. Finally I bought the hearing aid (Signia) . Thanks to all at HearUSA. I will be happy to recommend to anyone who has hearing problem.
