My experience was very good. I was seen promptly for my appointment. My hearing test and evaluation performed by Camile Burgos was given well. Everything was clearly explained and I never felt rushed. All my questions were answered. All in all a good experience.
The employee's at Hear USA located at Chikasaw are proffesional, caring, and empathetic. If your appt is at a specific time they dont leave you waiting for hours. I been going for a couple of yrs and will continue with Hear USA for yrs to come. The staff is great and audiologist simply amazing Thanks Hear USA.

Camille, the audiologist is very helpful and caring. It was yesterday when I had an appointment & she was able to adjust the device. I am in the process of adjustments. After a week of trying I will be able to say to say what and how I feel.
Enjoyed my visit. She was very knowledgeable and found the right device for me hopefully. Pick them up next week!!
