I “walked in” with both of my hearing aids needing repair ( after having been chewed on by my Pomeranian). Ms. Lopez fixed them both in just a few minutes and restored me to good-as-new! I wanted to hug her because I was so extremely grateful and relieved.
Camille, the audiologist is very helpful and caring. It was yesterday when I had an appointment & she was able to adjust the device. I am in the process of adjustments. After a week of trying I will be able to say to say what and how I feel.
HearUSA is a wonderful place. Everyone is polite and helpful. The hearing aids I got work great.
Finally!! Success!! I can hear….It took a couple of visits but I can hear now. My provider is amazing. She did everything for me and found the correct formula for my hearing aides. Thank you Camille!! I can hear!!!! Thank you!!!!!
Both the Staff and the Dr are wonderful and explained everything to me. They made me feel very comfortable, and will be fitting me with my new Hearing Aides soon. I had a great experience because they are very knowledgeable and understanding.
