Both the Staff and the Dr are wonderful and explained everything to me. They made me feel very comfortable, and will be fitting me with my new Hearing Aides soon. I had a great experience because they are very knowledgeable and understanding.
I went to Hear USA on Chickasaw trl. The receptionist was friendly and very knowledgeable. She fixed my hearing aid while I waited. I highly recommend this place of business for all ur hearing needs.
They do good work when adjusting my hearing aids, but it’s really challenging to get them to answer their phone to set up an appointment. I called them nine times during office hours, left three messages and no one returned my calls. It’s really frustrating.
I had a great appointment with Hear USA. The office was very clean and orderly. The receptionist is so nice and friendly, which really put me at ease. My testing session was very interesting, enjoyable, and gave me hope that I may be able to regain my hearing loss soon. I highly recommend Hear USA.
Good service BUT what I don't understand is WHY they can not send the order to my financial bank (carecredit) to replace my left hearing aid I lost ($450) ... They say is their policy, and carecredit is just waiting for that order.
