I had a great appointment with Hear USA. The office was very clean and orderly. The receptionist is so nice and friendly, which really put me at ease. My testing session was very interesting, enjoyable, and gave me hope that I may be able to regain my hearing loss soon. I highly recommend Hear USA.
They do good work when adjusting my hearing aids, but it’s really challenging to get them to answer their phone to set up an appointment. I called them nine times during office hours, left three messages and no one returned my calls. It’s really frustrating.
Good service BUT what I don't understand is WHY they can not send the order to my financial bank (carecredit) to replace my left hearing aid I lost ($450) ... They say is their policy, and carecredit is just waiting for that order.
Very professional and thorough instruction and explanation of taking care of your new hearing aids as well as continuing to provide instruction or assistance as needed in the future.
I had poor sound quality out of my left hearing aid. Hear USA changed out the receiver in 5 minutes and I was on my way with brand new sound! No cost. Great service
