I went with my mom on Thursday 26 around 3:00pm (time when the office performs this service) for her three month maintenance of the hearing aid. The main door was closed and nobody was present at the counter, pulled the door twice and a lady showed up with a nasty attitude, she went to the counter made an expression with her face like implying “stop pulling the door” then when opened the door and said to us I need to keep the door closed. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment my 88-year-old mother and I received during her recent appointment for hearing aid at your office. On the day of the appointment, I was running just 10 minutes late and called the office three times, but each call was directed to a call center. Very professional. Did not have to wait. Went to have my hearing aids maintenance completed. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. Great experience!!
Very nice people in this office. Service was fast and efective for a cleaning in mu dads hearing aid devces.
They were very professional but friendly. They knew exactly what I was describing with my hearing issues. In the end, they were able to diagnose and fit me with hearing aids that I could go home with the same day. I couldn't believe the difference when I got home and listened to the ordinary sounds of the household. What a difference! The rustling of paper, my phone ringing, the tiniest of sounds i could hear crisp and clear. The chimes on my grandfather clock were most amazing!
