Natalie Rubin is great! She is highly professional and very thoughtful! I appreciate how detail oriented Ms Rubin is, she takes time with her clients and makes sure to clarify all the questions. If you are looking for a good audiologist, Natalie Rubin is one!
Made us drive an hour to the appointment only to get there and have them tell me they do not accept our insurance. Insurance was given to them days prior for them to check and let us know if there was an issue. On top of all they are rude, and unkind. Save time and do not come

Absolutely not recommending it to any patients. They are really careless to patients needs and work on salary without having patients need in mind. The managers specially is a goddess . Make sure you have an appointment with God. She is real insulting and bossing instead of helping
