Patty and Celeste were absolutely wonderful! Both of them went out of their way to help me update my hearing aids, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided! I would DEFINITELY recommend this branch to anyone who is in the market for hearing aids!
Great Experience!! Patti is an efficient receptionist & Celeste my Hearing Aid Dispenser is patient & was immediately alerted that with my skinny ear canals with one of my canals snaking in an almost circuitous route that molds needed to be made & an extra piece added to my aids so I would have success in inserting them. I just Rec’d my hearing aides and though I only have a mild hearing loss, I am amazed at all the sounds I’ve been missing out on! I can even hear certain fabrics rustling on my body when I move!!

I been a client of Hear USA for about 4 years and my experience with their services was OK just routine. In April 2025 I requested hearing test by Audiologist and was referred to Tustin, Newport office. My experience with Audiologist was very unsatisfied because of poor evaluation by Audiologist. I went in without an appointment because I was saying “What?” alot. The technician took me right in, examined my hearing aids and said everything looked good, but asked where I got the domes. I said I ran out and bought them on Amazon. She gave me new domes and said to always come back to them for the domes because it matters (no cost). She showed me how to put them on the right way.
