We're extremely impressed with the facility , which provides an exceptional experience. The staff and audiologists are highly knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We wholeheartedly recommend them for all your hearing aid needs.
Everyone was very nice, helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy and well served. Celeste is very knowledgeable, contentious, answered all my questions and gave me good advice. I am hearing so much better with the new hearing aids. This will be my hearing aid provider from now on. P.S. They offer 2 makes of hearing aids and one was Widex which is the previous one I had and I was pleased with it for many years until my ears declined and needed updated ones.
I took my mother there to have her hearing checked and to get a pair of hearing aids for her. Celeste helped us and she was very kind and took the time to ensure the hearing test was accurate. Overall we had a great experience at Hear USA.
From day one I've enjoyed every experience with them. Patti is so nice and so helpful. Celeste is exactly the same. Highly recommend the HearUSA on Kensington Park Drive in Tustin, CA. Their the best.
Great customer service. Patty the administrator there was amazing and so positive and peppy. She’s informative of all our options and is able to clear communicate what we needed and had to do. The Dr/ technician who set up the hearing aids for my father was really good with him. My father has hearing loss and Alzheimer’s so couldn’t be easy to work with in some respects but the Dr was respectful and very patient. The whole experience was seamless, gentle and easy:
