I had a hearing test and Celeste did such a great job explaining the directions and what to expect. She was very thorough in explaining my new hearing aids and was so nice and helpful the entire time. Patti , the office manager, was also so sweet and patient and willing to help anyway she could. I would highly recommend the Tustin office of Hear USA!
Celeste was very helpful in getting my hearing aid adjusted to my needs. Patty, the receptionist, is very courteous and attentive with patients scheduling.
Great Experience!! Patti is an efficient receptionist & Celeste my Hearing Aid Dispenser is patient & was immediately alerted that with my skinny ear canals with one of my canals snaking in an almost circuitous route that molds needed to be made & an extra piece added to my aids so I would have success in inserting them. I just Rec’d my hearing aides and though I only have a mild hearing loss, I am amazed at all the sounds I’ve been missing out on! I can even hear certain fabrics rustling on my body when I move!!
This is first time to new place in Tustin. I was glad that Celeste knows sign language. We were able to communicate each other. I would be happy to come back again.
Celeste helped me with the problem with my hearing aids. She did an excellent job of fixing my problem, showing me how install the domes correctly, and upgrading the app on my iPhone.
