I brought my 92 year old Mom in after feeling helpless when it came to her ability to hear. She has hearing aids but there were always struggles. Celeste was extremely patient and very clear when speaking to my mother. Patti and Celeste have always taken great care of my husbands needs. I sit in on all his appointments and Celeste review everything with me (I don’t use hearing aids) and show us both how to clean his aids etc. I will be going in soon for my hearing test. They are very kind and considerate.
They did not have hearing AIDS of the different types available so I could try them on and see how they worked Makes a little hard to decide what you want to get. When you can't test it right there and I know you get 60 day to return but I don't want to through that trouble. Also I did not actually get an estimate in writing of the exact model number that I was looking at to do research on it. I just want to know what the model number is. Everybody there was very nice and very helpful.
What a team are Celeste and Patty! They are both so accommodating and knowledgeable. Celeste took the time to help me out with getting better-fitting hearing aides, for one of many possible examples. Patty graciously rescheduled my appointment more than once with out making me feel like a pain in the neck! I give them both an A+.
I am so well pleased with the care that I have received from Hear USA Tustin Legacy. Celeste is very professional and thoughtful and makes sure that I am well taken care of. Patty who is the office secretary is so welcoming and kind, they make sure that you feel comfortable and they care about your health and welfare. I highly recommend them.
