Celeste helped me with the problem with my hearing aids. She did an excellent job of fixing my problem, showing me how install the domes correctly, and upgrading the app on my iPhone.
Patty and Celeste were absolutely wonderful! Both of them went out of their way to help me update my hearing aids, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided! I would DEFINITELY recommend this branch to anyone who is in the market for hearing aids!
Great Experience!! Patti is an efficient receptionist & Celeste my Hearing Aid Dispenser is patient & was immediately alerted that with my skinny ear canals with one of my canals snaking in an almost circuitous route that molds needed to be made & an extra piece added to my aids so I would have success in inserting them. I just Rec’d my hearing aides and though I only have a mild hearing loss, I am amazed at all the sounds I’ve been missing out on! I can even hear certain fabrics rustling on my body when I move!!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and able to clean and adjust levels as needed. Patty is super sweet. Bonus!!!,plenty of parking
