They did not have hearing AIDS of the different types available so I could try them on and see how they worked Makes a little hard to decide what you want to get. When you can't test it right there and I know you get 60 day to return but I don't want to through that trouble. Also I did not actually get an estimate in writing of the exact model number that I was looking at to do research on it. I just want to know what the model number is. Everybody there was very nice and very helpful.
Both the receptionist and the specialist were very kind and professional. Celeste, the Hearing Specialist knew what she was doing and I was Very impressed. She explained my situation, showed empathy and was articulate. She recalibrated my hearing aids and I am so happy. Thank you both!
I've had such a good experience at Hear USA. I go to the location on Kensington in Tustin, CA. Patty at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Celeste the audiologist is so knowledgable and caring. I feel taken care of at every appointment.
I brought my 92 year old Mom in after feeling helpless when it came to her ability to hear. She has hearing aids but there were always struggles. Celeste was extremely patient and very clear when speaking to my mother. She answered my unending questions— I was determined to come away with a better understanding of how the hearing work and what the expectations should be. Patti and Celeste have always taken great care of my husbands needs. I sit in on all his appointments and Celeste review everything with me (I don’t use hearing aids) and show us both how to clean his aids etc. I will be going in soon for my hearing test. They are very kind and considerate.
