Jen the receptionist at the front desk is awesome she can answer most of your questions and provide some assistance with your hearing aids. Crystal the Audiologist is phenomenal. Other hearing aid stores I went to never gave me the correct size domes or wires from the speakers to the behind the earpiece device. I was thrilled with the service and kindness I received from Hear USA on Summerlin Rd. in Fort Myers, FL. The employee explained what was wrong with my one hearing aid and took care of the issue. She also explained how to keep my hearing aids in top shape. I’m happy with the location and the service. Love my hearing aids.
My Hear USA hearing aids ( behind the ears) are the best hearing aids I’ve ever had This is my fourth pair. Sound quality is excellent. Much better than previous aids I spent a ton of money on. Customer service is excellent. They helped me step by step adjust to my hearing aids. Never got that with my other hearing aids. Love the ability to adjust them using my phone.
