My Hear USA hearing aids ( behind the ears) are the best hearing aids I’ve ever had This is my fourth pair. Sound quality is excellent. Much better than previous aids I spent a ton of money on. Customer service is excellent. They helped me step by step adjust to my hearing aids. Never got that with my other hearing aids. Love the ability to adjust them using my phone. Hear USA is always a pleasant visit. Needed to pair my hearing aids to my phone and they were very helpful in doing it and even cleaned my hearing aid!! Thank you’
Great experience and explanation on the hearing aid process. Was able to get my first pair of hearing aids and fully understood how they work and help me with my hearing. Crystal is a great asset to the company and would highly recommend them to those who are looking for help with their hearing. Also when I had an issue with one of the hearing aids, she was able to do a quick exchange and I received another hearing aid at no cost with the 3 year warranty.
Staff was very helpful in meeting tight timeline to get hearing aids quickly. They were very thorough and professional. It was a very good experience. Would recommend this office to others.
