Local office. Great however wherever they get the hearing aids, no one has called me and over a week to get my replacement so I can pay for it, it looks like I’ll have to go to another company to get my hearing aids. Loved customer service in Fort Myers is however, elsewhere, whoever she called to order my hearing aids, no one has called me back for Payment. Lack of communication between offices. Bye suggestion for myself will be able to find another company
Had an issue with one of my hearing aids where I was not able to hear anything although it was connected via Bluetooth. I called them and spoke with Jen who promptly provided an appointment for the same day and issue was resolved promptly. I would highly recommend Hear USA for any hearing aid issues ya may have.

Replaced one aid under warranty. Service was fast & asked if anything else needed. Receptionist Jenny was very kind & opened early so I didn't need to wait outside. I would recommend Hear USA.
