Jen the receptionist at the front desk is awesome she can answer most of your questions and provide some assistance with your hearing aids. Crystal the Audiologist is phenomenal. Other hearing aid stores I went to never gave me the correct size domes or wires from the speakers to the behind the earpiece device. Therefore the domes never went into my ear canals and constantly fell out of my ear. They didn’t even tell me they were supposed to go in my ear canal. Even when they put them in my ears. I was thrilled with the service and kindness I received from Hear USA on Summerlin Rd. in Fort Myers, FL. The employee explained what was wrong with my one hearing aid and took care of the issue. She also explained how to keep my hearing aids in top shape. I’m happy with the location and the service. Love my hearing aids.
Tech specialists are amazing. They are kind and patient with my 96 year old Mom and always go above and beyond to help her.
My Hear USA hearing aids ( behind the ears) are the best hearing aids I’ve ever had This is my fourth pair. Sound quality is excellent. Much better than previous aids I spent a ton of money on. Customer service is excellent. They helped me step by step adjust to my hearing aids. Never got that with my other hearing aids. Love the ability to adjust them using my phone.
