Local office. Great however wherever they get the hearing aids, no one has called me and over a week to get my replacement so I can pay for it, it looks like I’ll have to go to another company to get my hearing aids. Loved customer service in Fort Myers is however, elsewhere, whoever she called to order my hearing aids, no one has called me back for Payment. Lack of communication between offices. Bye suggestion for myself will be able to find another company

I was thrilled with the service and kindness I received from Hear USA on Summerlin Rd. in Fort Myers, FL. The employee explained what was wrong with my one hearing aid and took care of the issue. She also explained how to keep my hearing aids in top shape. I’m happy with the location and the service. Love my hearing aids.
Very friendly and professional but due to my wax blocked ear drum I had nothing done except to get that information. That was helpful.
Paul and his assistant did a fantastic job in changing my leads and cleaning my ears.explained everything he was doing.I highly recommend him.
