Courtney is truly amazing. She handles the Succasunna, NJ Office as well as the Clinical Area there, as she is also a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, with efficiency, organization, professionalism, friendliness, and grace. Hearusa was fantastic. Courtney was so good at what she does. The exam was the best I’ve ever had. She upgraded the aids for my wife and I and fix one of her aids. Definitely worth the visit. We will be back. You won’t be sorry.
Dr. Courtney is the best. She has so much patience with my elderly mother. Getting hearing aids for Mom and having the best care possible has been life changing.
Courtney Tippett was very friendly and thorough when conducting my hearing exam. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire visit. Courtney explained the results of the exam and how the hearing aids worked, how to care for them, as well as any options I may have during the trial period. Upgrades were discussed but no pressure on doing so was applied. I appreciated her honesty and expertise. Very happy with my decision to try these hearing aids.
