Easy in and easy out. Courtney cleaned my hearing aids and as always personable , efficient , and professional.
Appointment reservation was excellent. Reminders were sent before first appointment. Received a personal call for helping with directions before the first appointment. The hearing exam was explained well and all aspects of the visit was highly professional.
My one hearing aid stopped working. I bought it in to Courtney and she fixed it quickly, just needed a good cleaning, she is always fast and Courteous.
