Just like Humana, Freedom does not offer hearing aids without a deductible. Aetna insurance gave me a new pair of programmed hearing aids out the door for free. I think Humana and freedom have some kind of deal going with here USA in which they don't pay enough. They should offer a pair for free or give you an allowance and let you buy them on Amazon.

This Venice location has the rudest, most unhelpful receptionist I have ever encountered! I needed help to get my battery out of my hearing aid, which is a fairly simple task for a technician. She would not assist in any way, either offering me an appointment of referring me to someone who could help. I was very disappointed in her rude behavior and that she is the face of this HearUSA location.

Hear USA and Anthony are so great to deal with. My visits have always been pleasurable as well as knowledgeable. I’ve been a client for about five years and any adjustment /etc. was done immediately. Thank you for Anthony!! Toni C.

Kathy was quite helpful. She took her time and explained all the functions on our hearing aids and did some small adjustments which improved the function of my hearing aids. I think that Stacy was the receptionist who took my initial call and was able to get us in for an appointment that afternoon. Both employees were friendly and very competent. Thank you.
