Excellent! Tony was knowledgeable, professional, and spent as much time as I needed to familiarize me with every setting and sound that my new hearing aids make. He set up my phone with the app, and walked me through all the adjustments that I could make. He also showed me how to clean and maintain the devices and charger. Turned out my hearing aids needed adjusting. Tony made changes that improved all three settings. He also changed the size and design of the domes for a better fit focusing the sound more directly into the ear device. Unfortunately I am still a dunce when it comes to easily putting the aids in my ears.
I had a very good experience at Hear USA. Anthony and Kami are very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Anthony went the extra mile to resolve an issue with my health insurance and I’m very pleased with the service they provided. My hearing aid is working fine, it fits comfortably and I am able to hear everything now! I recommend Hear USA to everyone who needs help with their hearing.
I have worn hearing aids for most of my life. So I am quite experienced with their use etc. l am quite happy with these from hear USA. Office staff is professional and friendly. Great experience all around.
