I have worked with Hear USA for several years. They are knowledgeable, professional and handle my hearing aid emergencies timely and efficiently. They work with me to provide the best results I can hope to achieve with my profound hearing loss.
Anthony is very kind and patient. He is very sensitive to the needs of an older person with failing health, he treats everyone with dignity and respect. he works diligently to make as many corrections needed to get the person hearing their best.
On May 2nd I had a follow up appointment to be certain all was going well with my hearing devices. Tony took the time to answer all my questions. Great place for quality and service!

Just like Humana, Freedom does not offer hearing aids without a deductible. Aetna insurance gave me a new pair of programmed hearing aids out the door for free. I think Humana and freedom have some kind of deal going with here USA in which they don't pay enough. They should offer a pair for free or give you an allowance and let you buy them on Amazon.
