Dr.Michelle Cannon is very professional knowledgeable and a credit to her profession and herself. My visit with her was great from start to finish. She went over all the different hearing aids and the pro’s and cons of them. Michelle, Felicia, and Danielle are a great team and I appreciate how hard they work to give their patients the best possible hearing. I love that there are walk-in hours for minor emergencies. I know they are crazy busy and could use some additional staff but they still have a smile for their patients!!
My husband Robert got his hearing aids and ge loves them!! I was afraid he wouldn't wear them but with Hear USA they don't just sell hearing aids, the teach and assist you to have the best experience. Been going to Hear USA/Premier Hearing since 2021. Dr. Cannonis always friendly and professional. Hear front desk staff needs a lot of improvement. I called evey 20 mins ir so on Friday from 8:40 to noone ever answered the phone or retuned my calls. I finally called USA directly and made a n appt for Tues. at 9 am. I arruved at 8:45, noone at front deskn wrang the bell. Dr. Cannon came out from having a patient to assure someone would be with me. The front desk employee came into the office at about 9:10.
