My experience with HearUSA was a very positive one. Michele took the time to explain the process through my insurance and was very thorough. She offered different options that were available to me, and I was very pleased with what I was able to purchase. Felicia was thorough in explaining how to wear the hearing aids, how to clean them, change the filters, etc. Both ladies were professional and friendly, and they made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend them!
Hear USA came highly recommended by a NM state police officer. He was spot on, on how they worked with my problem. I am so very impressed on how well the Dr targeted my hearing problem and fixed it!! Wow, the level of service and care here is phenomenal! My dad has been hard of hearing since he was 15 and he is 77 now and finally able to hear with such clarity. It was emotional to see my dad able to communicate with others in a way that is no longer stressful for him to carry on a conversation.
Dr. Cannon and her staff are highly qualified and capable. Dr Cannon takes time to explain every aspect of her intervention most clearly, is very compassionate and understanding. All members of staff make you feel comfortable and welcome. A most professional practice!
Dr Cannon has been my audiologist for the past 5 years. She and her office staff have always been extremely helpful and professional in their interactions with me. I trust Dr Cannon implicitly, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
