I've been going to HearUSA for about 3 years.I'm so glad that I stopped inside Hear USA., I almost kept walking past it. I was surprised and glad that they take my Insurance Co. Most thorough hearing exam I’ve ever had. Very well explained and very patient with my inquiries, so much so that I suggested to my wife she got examined here. There are different levels of aids offered with a good warranty.
They have been helpful over the last couple of years. A few years ago my hearing aid quit working and they worked me in after work. The audiologist fixed my hearing aids under warranty and installed more settings while she was at it. This time she stayed late to tweak some issues so I could come in after work.
Kristen is AWESOME she makes you feel like family and her customer service skills are outstanding! I would NOT go anywhere else!!!
They helped me hear a lot better. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The ladies are great. 😀
