My recent visit at HearUSA was a very pleasant experience. The associate whom I saw was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Many times I heard stories from other people who felt “ looked down on”. But that was not an issue with in my experience. I left feeling that my input was important and influenced my care. Overall I would highly recommend them
I was very pleased with the service. The hearing test and the accuracy of the hearing aids were right on point. No noises from the aids. Rechargeable and last all day. Very comfortable. I highly recommend this item and the care I received.
Visited your office to have 7 month old hearing aids cleaned. The receptionist/tech was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the office in very short time with satisfactory results.
Great service and support! After spending a fair amount of time working with me via phone, they worked me in between other on site scheduled appointments and provided a quick solution to my hearing aid problem. Thank you!
