I was very pleased with the service. The hearing test and the accuracy of the hearing aids were right on point. No noises from the aids. Rechargeable and last all day. Very comfortable. I highly recommend this item and the care I received.

The receptionist and the lady that tested my ears well very kind and caring wanting to be sure I get the hearing aids that's going to help me because my hearing loss is very profound and they were both very professional and knowledgeable but the kindness topped it off because he usually don't get that when you have doctor appointments they don't usually have the time to explain anything to you and then most of them aren't very kind and caring not anymore and that's why I like going to hear USA because of the way that I'm tre... read more
