I was very pleased with the service. The hearing test and the accuracy of the hearing aids were right on point. No noises from the aids. Rechargeable and last all day. Very comfortable. I highly recommend this item and the care I received.
Humana (of ALL things) recommended HearUSA. Boy - for ONCE - they were right. Outstanding product, superior attention and “training”. Old dogs CAN learn. Kristen is FANTASTIC. Excellent product at an affordable price. Only been a few days, but I am THRILLED. Thank you
I've been going to HearUSA for about 3 years.I'm so glad that I stopped inside Hear USA., I almost kept walking past it. I was surprised and glad that they take my Insurance Co. The receptionist and the lady that tested my ears well very kind and caring wanting to be sure I get the hearing aids that's going to help me because my hearing loss is very profound and they were both very professional and knowledgeable but the kindness topped it off because he usually don't get that when you have doctor appointments they don't usually have the time to explain anything to you and then most of them aren't very kind and caring not anymore and that's why I like going to hear USA because of the way that I'm tre... read more
