everyone was very kind and generous from the receptionist to the lady who does the work on your ears and urinate they make you feel right at these when you first come in the door and they couldn’t of been any nicer. I would recommend them to anyone.
My experience with HearUSA was great! The people were very friendly, helpful & fulfilled my expectations of getting my hearing test & fitting of hearing aids, including installing the app & syncing my hearing aids. I'm very satisfied.
The product did not provide the service I had hoped for. I returned within the return window. I was surprised I was not given a receipt for the return when requested. I consider this a poor business practice. I notified my insurance company immediately. I did not want HearUSA to be paid for the product that was returned.
Both the hearing aid specialist and receptionist are incredibly nice and willing to help.
Everyone is so professional and very helpful. I had a lot of questions because I have had hearing aids and this was something new I was going to. So far I love everything that’s going on with him and when I needed to come in next day to get them readjusted they were very happy to do it.
