The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. After a thorough evaluation, instead of trying to sell me a new set of hearing aids right off the bat, McKenna cleaned and updated my old hearing aids so I could get more use out of them. Great service.
Very friendly with best receptionist Stacey. I am so happy to have found this office in Westerville. The Audiologist McKenna was definitely knowledgeable I learned more in 45 minutes than 5 years with previous company. McKenna was so patient and helpful she really listened to us and helped me to adjust my hearing aids. I liked it there so much I have recommended them to friends
Professional , kind,, courteous people who took their time to explain in detail the results of testing et cetera. My daughter and I were very impressed and felt we were in the hands of experts who genuinely cared.
The visit resulted in my hearing aid being cleaned and working. Nice to hear again. Audiologist was professional and timely. My one concern is that she suggested every 6 months bring my hearing aids in for cleaning and filter change at a cost of $65.00. I am not convinced of the reasoning she gave for not doing it myself. I am confident I can do it myself. I can’t justify another expense.
My problem with ringing was clearly explained and showed me how to insert hearing aids properly. That had been problem. My audiologist is very patient' answered questions I had forgotten answers. Last visit she installed Hamilton cartel? I call someone and I can read their conversation. A big help. I am 90 years old. Thank you
