Friendly people. Clean environment. Parking available veey close to the building entrance. The audiologist explained things very clearly and in an understandable way for my father who is getting hearing aids. We appreciate the time taken to assist us during this process.
Received my hearing aids this past Wednesday and this was my first experience with them!! The audiologist was awfully nice and explained everything to me. I’m hearing things I never heard before!! Excellent place to get your hearing checked and to get hearing aids if you need them! Receptionist was awfully nice too!
The hearing test was fairly comprehensive compared to ones I've previously had. My only concern was that when I was trying to access this benefit, the Hear USA contact on the MedMutual site ONLY emphasized that I'd be able to get hearing aids at a reduced price without ever mentioning that the hearing test would be conducted & comprehensive & that I would be able to refuse hearing aids if they weren't needed, which they weren't. I don't like the "hard sell" approach being a new member of the MedMutual Medicare plan.
Dropped my hearing aid off for repairs today and they were able to fix it the same day without having to send it to the manufacturer. Beyond thankful — and a huge shoutout to Stacy for being such a big help!
Got in on short notice when needed. The audiologist (temporary) showed me new things about using the app, and adjusted the volume setting on my hearing aids.
