The visit resulted in my hearing aid being cleaned and working. Nice to hear again. Audiologist was professional and timely. My one concern is that she suggested every 6 months bring my hearing aids in for cleaning and filter change at a cost of $65.00. I am not convinced of the reasoning she gave for not doing it myself. I am confident I can do it myself. I can’t justify another expense.
Friendly people. Clean environment. Parking available veey close to the building entrance. The audiologist explained things very clearly and in an understandable way for my father who is getting hearing aids. We appreciate the time taken to assist us during this process.
My appointment was great. I found I was not entering my hearing aid correctly and that showed me how. I can hear better. My person was very congenial and helpful.
I had a exceptional experience at HearUSA..the whole staff was professional..friendly and very knowledgeable..they are highly recommended for your hearing needs..I love that place.
Amazing staff and incredible insight. The audiologist was patient, informative and dispelled many fears and myths associated with hearing loss. Sorry, Miracle Ear, you just got beat!
