I had a great experience. I was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciate the audiologist taking the time discuss my hearing test and options. The audiologist was friendly and very personable.
Stacy at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly. They fixed my hearing aids fast and are very professional. Love this place!!!
Was having problems with my hearing aids . Since my regular Dr. Was not available I took a chance and went to the Hear USA IN another city. Dr. has walk in time slot and fix my hearing aid right on the spot. Very happy with the Westerville office.
I was very pleased with my experience. They were very helpful and thorough. This is my first set of hearing aids so I had many questions. Learned how to use them with my iPhone.
Agents were very professional, thorough and made me confident that I would return if I had any future hearing aid problems.
