I took my mother to get hearing aids for the first time. Her Highmark plan covered hearing aids by TruHearing so I called to set up an appointment. The nearest provider was HearUSA in Washington, PA and I was able to get her an appointment right away. Her audiologist was Sara Tennant. The exam was simple and straightforward. Sara is very kind, professional and explained everything clearly. Mom had her hearing aids in about 2 weeks and is now wearing them all day without any issues. She loves them! Sara was most generous with her time to attempt to correct the connectivity issues with Signia app, Bluetooth and pairing my hearing aids. Unfortunately the issues could not be fixed. Pursuing technical support with cell provider.
Tracy is so patient with me, helping me to remember cleaning protocol and how to insert new tips. Also reminding me about the various adjustments!
Rechargeable battery died in my hearing aid ... employees expedited the replacement so that I would enjoy the holidays and go on a trip afterwards with no worries about my hearing ... job well done!
Very organized office. The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend.
