Sara is great. Made some corrections to the programming of the devices at my request. Always pleasant..courteous and professional. They are great. I have had an intermittent issue with one of the Aides, I stopped in to show sara, she sent it out to be checked. The office has been great, even when I just Popped in to ask a question or question a fit.
I went to HearUSA as my insurance works with them. I got a premium hearing aid for half of what I paid before. I am still in the trail period so far everything works well. And they pair with my android phone which my Lucid ones wouldn't.
I was very satisfied with my experience at this office. The girl was very friendly and was very informative. I will always use this office when I need my hearing aids serviced. Thanks for being so nice. Cindy
Needless to say, I was very nervous when I went through the hearing test. I was very impressed by the wonderful experience made so by the staff. I would recommend Hear USA to anyone that I know who are looking for hearing aids.
Professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sara was great, she worked with me to get my bluetooth working. Sara adjusted my hearing aids to better hear the TV. It is much better now! She takes as much time as necessary to make sure you're satisfied with your hearing aids. Thanks!
