My Mom went to Hear USA and had a great experience, she had a hearing test and Sara Tennant was very professional and friendly and showed her some new hearing aids available, which she placed an order for a new pair, she also explained what her insurance company would cover
Professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sara was great, she worked with me to get my bluetooth working. Sara adjusted my hearing aids to better hear the TV. It is much better now! She takes as much time as necessary to make sure you're satisfied with your hearing aids. Thanks!

Sara is great. Made some corrections to the programming of the devices at my request. Always pleasant..courteous and professional. They are great. I have had an intermittent issue with one of the Aides, I stopped in to show sara, she sent it out to be checked. The office has been great, even when I just Popped in to ask a question or question a fit.
