Professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sara was great, she worked with me to get my bluetooth working. Sara adjusted my hearing aids to better hear the TV. It is much better now! She takes as much time as necessary to make sure you're satisfied with yo ur hearing aids. Thanks! Sara was most generous with her time to attempt to correct the connectivity issues with Signia app, Bluetooth and pairing my hearing aids. Unfortunately the issues could not be fixed. Pursuing technical support with cell provider.
