Cindy and her staff ROCK at HEARUSA! Easy and VERY convenient appointment. Everything is on time and professional and out the door satisfied within 15 minutes! I don’t visit them enough… Granted, I don’t need to, but I just like every time I go! I’d give them six stars if I could!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’m traveling and began having problems with my left hearing aid. I called and the receptionist was so kind and squeezed me in to a full schedule. The audiologist, Cynthia Carter, fixed the problem and did some excellent trouble shooting. 10/10 service levels!.
Jeremy was very thorough in his administering the test and explained things well. He's a good natured person and easy to talk with.
I have worked with Hear USA for about 3 yrs. Cindy —at Hear USA on East Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga— is a 5 Star audiologist!! She has gone the extra mile in taking care of my needs! I highly recommend her and her staff for your hearing needs!! Thanks you guys!!
