Excellent care. I have a unique hearing issue as I'm deaf in 1 ear. They fit me in a cross over hearing aid. Now I can safely cross a street and hear my husband and friends. Cyndi is the best!
My husband and I were thrilled with the professionalism and knowledge that Cindy shared with us. She was kind, empathetic and very personable. Because she also wears hearing aids herself, she could definitely relate to my husband. Robin called us the day before to remind us of the appointment and was also very kind and considerate. Overall, it was an excellent experience with Hear USA.
Audiologist Cynthia Carter is amazing. The service here has always been awesome. After quickly repairing my hearing aid, ON SITE, she did a test and made some adjustments and I've got the hearing I always wanted after getting hearing aids. I drive an extra hour to this place just for the great service. I highly recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is looking for assistance in their hearing needs.
We loved how attentive Cynthia was in helping dad manage the iphone/technology option of his hearing aids. We learned a lot from her. Her kindness was appreciated!
