Cindy and her staff ROCK at HEARUSA! Easy and VERY convenient appointment. Everything is on time and professional and out the door satisfied within 15 minutes! I don’t visit them enough… Granted, I don’t need to, but I just like every time I go! I’d give them six stars if I could!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My right side didn’t work. I dropped in early as I was across town due to another appointment. Cynthia and Robin were very nice to see me. It turned out to be the wire which Cynthia changed them in just a very few minutes. I left with working hearing aides.
I had a wonderful experience both with Robin and Cynthia. Cynthia was great during the testing and explaining the results. She also asked and answered questions that we had!
Cynthia is fantastic! I told her I could hear better when I pushed my aids in farther. She suggested non vented domes and it instantly made a notable difference !
