Office staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Hearing test was very thorough unlike any I've had before. Sarah reprogrammed my current Hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere a few years ago using new test results and I immediately noticed a marked improvement compared to the old program. She also invited me to return for further corrections if need after wearing them a while in real life conditions. I highly recommend this office if you need Hearing aids or maintenance.

Awesome lovely people. Got me in and got me hearing aids at no cost to me. Humble and kind hearted. Understanding and efficient office. Would recommend to anyone dealing with having a hard time hearing ! I'm 81 and they worked with my insurance and all ! Praise God !

My experience with HearUSA was great! I arrived to my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She made me feel at ease and ask me to do the necessary paperwork. I was called back to start my hearing test right away. Kyle went over my hearing test and explained it to me. Then he talked to me about my options and explained the different types of hearing aids. Kyle was very knowledgeable and informative about my hearing aids and helped make my transition easy. The staff were all quite friendly and helpful. The facility is pleasant and cheerful. I would recommend them highly.

Very kind patient staff. I was treated respectfully and I got a quick appointment. Everything was explained so I could easily understand the process. Highly recommend!
