We have purchased 2 sets of Hearing aids. When hearing aid bud broke they wanted to charge 100.00 to replace it was out of warranty. Went to Adrian Hearing Center they fixed it for free. And was told to have a nice day.

From the moment I walked in, through the testing, and as I walked out, it was a totally positive experience! The receptionist did a great job of explaining the insurance details, and the tester was clear and courteous. Highly recommend!!

The gentleman that I had was very polite and thorough. I told them that my insurance didn’t cover any of the hearing aids. They checked things out and came back and told me that I in fact had some coverage.

Really disappointed in the recent service we have received. They tell you to drop off your item with your name and phone number attached. A week later we still have not heard anything so I call and am told we need to come in and pay for a wire before they can order it. Um, ok you should have called!!! Nope they let it sit there and then say they called the wrong number.The girl tells me it should be in the following week. I call again today and now she tells me 2-3 weeks. They need the people back that used to work there. Th... read more
