Office staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Hearing test was very thorough unlike any I've had before. Sarah reprogrammed my current Hearing aids that I purchased elsewhere a few years ago using new test results and I immediately noticed a marked improvement compared to the old program. She also invited me to return for further corrections if need after wearing them a while in real life conditions. I highly recommend this office if you need Hearing aids or maintenance.
Fixed my phone app and answered all my questions about the TV streaming device to my hearing aids. Great folks.

My experience with HearUSA was great! I arrived to my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She made me feel at ease and ask me to do the necessary paperwork. I was called back to start my hearing test right away. Kyle went over my hearing test and explained it to me. Then he talked to me about my options and explained the different types of hearing aids.
