I had a great experience at HearUSA - Julie was excellent in going over details on available devices, and had already identified the (significant) savings I would get from my insurance plan. I felt much more comfortable working with Julie and having her lead through the process of getting hearing aids for the first time.
I have been to a Hearing Specialist in Rehoboth Beach and purchased hearing aids. Worst mistake I made. The audiologist was terrible. Spent no time showing me the ins and outs of the $7000 hearing aid that I purchased. Went back on 3 different occasions with problems as they would slide out of my ear canal, then finally told them I didn’t want them and returned them within the 30 day grace period.
