My Dad needed hearing aids. His insurance company directed us to the location in Bloomfield Michelle helped my non-English speaking Dad to determine the proper aids, settings, adjusted the aids for his comfort, installed the application on his phone and patiently explained how to use the application and aids. Wonderful help and service in this clean and well equipped location!
