My Dr. Michele Miranda is wonderful, very knowledgeable and she’s always very helpful. I had trouble with my hearing aids but she always finds a way to fix them. She takes her time and adjusts them to my necessities. It’s a blessing to have a Dr like her.
Michele Miranda has a great office demeanor, is knowledgeable, and heroic for attempting to keep her office running without an office administrator for at least 3 months. I don’t understand why a temp hire did not happen while a search for a replacement carried on. This meant lost shipments, slow processing of paperwork & claims, and delays in providing services. Other HearUSA offices try remotely to plug the leaking dike but we’re only mildly effective.
I had a great experience buying my hearing aid in this office, Ms Miranda explained to me all devices available and I choose the best for me. Iam really greaceful with the service that provide, very polite, I will recommend you to all my friends.
I have only praise for the attention I received in the at the Bloomfield office Hear USA Michele was patient , knowledgeable. Michele has been working short staffed but still took time with me, There was a problem getting in the computer to set up financing but Jeanie from another office came another day and went out of her way to help. I picked up my hearing aides and Jeannie came in again to finish my application and get credit approved. Jeanie also set up my Ap and showed me how to adjust my aides.
