Everyone is so sweet and courteous. I got in right away for my appointment and hearing test. My hearing came in within a month and I picked them up yesterday.
Picked up my new hearing aids from HearUSA, the service was great . My new hearing aids work better then I expected. Very pleased with them.
Was tested @ Kaiser and sent to Hear USA to be evaluated. Was offered a Signa 5IX for $3599 including Kaisers discount. Hear USA is 50% owned by Kaiser so it would seem they can offer the best price. Upon shopping around, other vendors are at least $1000 less and more. Always shop for the best price! Hear USA really sticks it to the unsuspecting senior in need of a hearing aid!
Mr. Trimble is knowledgeable and easy to work with clients need. He understands me and accordingly adjust with new hearings program. Works superbly!!
