Was tested @ Kaiser and sent to Hear USA to be evaluated. Was offered a Signa 5IX for $3599 including Kaisers discount. Hear USA is 50% owned by Kaiser so it would seem they can offer the best price. Upon shopping around, other vendors are at least $1000 less and more. Always shop for the best price! Hear USA really sticks it to the unsuspecting senior in need of a hearing aid!
I walked into Hear USA 8 years ago with high hopes—deaf in one ear, 50% in the other—and finally received my hearing aids. Since then, it’s been a whirlwind of poor service at multiple locations (Anaheim being the only exception—wonderful team). Now, not only do they refuse to schedule an appointment, they won’t even clean my hearing aid despite doing so for years. Claudia was exceptional! She was bilingual and explained everything to us.Thankful for her patience. She was kind, caring, compassionate and communicative.
I was provided excellent instruction and clear information from all staff and great assistance in setting up the App and usage of all items received.
They did a good job getting my replacement hearing aid. It was in the office for my appointment.
