I was totally pleased with the front-of-house customer service I received from Mr Trimble at the Fontana branch. It was the back-of-house customer service I had a problem with. The aids was returned to the branch in the two week time frame promised. I called the branch two weeks and a day at 11:00 am and was told by one of the hearing care professional that I could pickup my aids later that day once Mr Trimble programmed them.
