Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things and reassured my mom’s insecurities (she’s insecure about others seeing them). He even had me test her by stand a few feet away (and behind her) and asking her questions in normal tone. Im sooo amazed to see her ability to her me.
