A precious my Hearing Aids from Hear USA about two years ago. I'm not good about cleaning them regularly as my vision is not the best. Hear USA welcome to me anytime they will clean them adjust them in this time there was an online update to my Hearing Aids which I did not know. Hear USA updated my online access and the one hearing aid that I thought I wasn't hearing well out of she fixed ! It's nice to be able to hear!
I’m happy with the hearing aids I got. I feel that Andrew is knowledgeable, highly qualified and clearly knows what he is doing. I feel confident I made the right decision to go to this office. His staff was very helpful and explained things thoroughly also.
Quick appointment as I had an issue with the one hearing aid and the black soft stopper getting stuck in my ear. (Urgent care visit!) I was seen quickly to get the stopper replaced.
I have to say that I have received exceptional care from this office. Andrew is very gifted in working with his patients. He is patient, thoughtful and kind. He listens to all of my concerns and works to resolve my questions. Peter, manages the front office and does so with tremendous skill. He is also very friendly and helpful. Andrew and Peter work together well as a team. I highly recommend this office.

They raise the standards & are true examples to be followed for hearing aid device specialist centers.
