Dr. Margaret Lewis is the best! So professional and friendly and she has been a wealth of information for me. I've had 2 visits with her as I needed an updated hearing test in order to purchase hearing aids. I will definitely utilize and highly recommend the Poway office for all your audiology needs.
After 2+ years of great service from my hearing aids, one was not working. I didn’t know what to expect but Dr. Lewis’ technician, Emily, was able to repair it while I waited! I was astonished that Dr. Lewis had someone on staff that could perform this repair under warranty, so quickly, and without sending it to a repair center. I am so impressed and appreciative! Thank you Emily!
Fantastic customer service. They are always available to help when problems arise with hearing aids. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Love my hearing aids.
My experience with here USA in Poway was very satisfactory. I contacted them regarding an issue I had with a hearing aid. It appeared one of the wires may have broken as The hearing aid did not work in one year. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I was in a hurry. I told the attendant that I was not. Not only did they fix the hearing aid, but they cleaned both of them and updated the system. I am a client of Dr Lewis in Poway. I had a charging problem right before a trip and Emily, the tech person, arranged for me to pick up a replacement in Denver. Dave, the Denver representative was very efficient and made sure he tested everything, paired my phone and answered questions for me. Kudos to both offices and Hear USA,
