Dr. Lewis and all the staff helped me efficiently and with great care. Adjustments were made on my new hearing aids to help me hear even better. The world is noisier now. (I’m not sure that’s a good thing!) I am hearing my wife and daughter better, though.
My hearing aids are more comfortable to wear than my Costco aids. The help I was given as to how to put them on and plug them in was appreciated. I can hear so much better now. Thank you so much!
My experience at Hear USA was wonderful, the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was exceptional, taking time to explain everything I needed to know about my hearing aids and how to use them. She even helped me set up my hearing aids pairing to my phone and iPad. I would highly recommend using their services!!!
I arrived for my appointment to have a periodic hearing evaluation done. The receptionist & I greeted each other cordially. The audiologist escorted me into the exam room. She explained the series of tests she would perform and the purpose of each. After she reviewed the test results, we discussed possible options for maintaining my hearing capability. She answered all my questions in easy-to-understand terms. It was an enjoyable & informative visit. Doug D.
Dr. Lewis was friendly, knowledgable and effective. New hearing aids are a great help. Have been a client-patient of HearUSA for over 20 years, first in LA and now San Diego, and have always found them helpful and effective.
