My mom was having problems legs with her hearing aid. They were able to see her same day, find the issue, add new tubes and restore her hearing expediently. Definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Lewis is an excellent doctor. She is very professional, kind, thorough, patient and explains everything. I'm thankful for the custom made ear plugs that were made for me. They work great and now I can play the piano without it damaging my ears. The receptionists are very kind and professional. They all get an A++ for great service and for giving a very accurate diagnosis.

I called to have my hearing aids cleaned. I got in the same day. Once I arrived, I didn't have to wait. They were friendly and quickly took care of my need.

This is my first set of hearing aids. This has been a challenging experience. The Doctor and Staff are friendly and want to help. After the first week, my left ear hurt wearing the hearing aids so the doctor looked at my ear and then changed the big ball ends to smaller ball ends. I told the doctor hearing myself chew or the garage door squeaking was not a priority of mind. The doctor then set the hearing aids to a beginner program. I needed to have my hearing aid looked at as it stopped working. Came in same day I requested help. The staff analyzed the problem and replaced the receiver on the spot. They have always had great service.
