The audiologist adjusted my hearing aids so bad that it is painfully loud now. I have to turn them down 50% every time I put them on. I wanted to take them back to the audiologist and was told that I have to pay a $125 service fee to have her correct her own mistake!!! They responded to my review and requested that I give them another call. I did call them and they promised to call me back after talking to the audiologist but not surprisingly they never called. Terrible business!

My experience with here USA in Poway was very satisfactory. I contacted them regarding an issue I had with a hearing aid. It appeared one of the wires may have broken as The hearing aid did not work in one year. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I was in a hurry. I told the attendant that I was not. Not only did they fix the hearing aid, but they cleaned both of them and updated the system. My mom was having problems legs with her hearing aid. They were able to see her same day, find the issue, add new tubes and restore her hearing expediently. Definitely recommend this office.
