My experience with here USA in Poway was very satisfactory. I contacted them regarding an issue I had with a hearing aid. It appeared one of the wires may have broken as The hearing aid did not work in one year. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I was in a hurry. I told the attendant that I was not. Not only did they fix the hearing aid, but they cleaned both of them and updated the system. My mom was having problems legs with her hearing aid. They were able to see her same day, find the issue, add new tubes and restore her hearing expediently. Definitely recommend this office.

The staff and service are very good. However , I am extremely disappointed with my Signia hearing aids. I paid a lot for them and the batteries are faulty and the sound is not as good as my old pair.

I needed to have my hearing aid looked at as it stopped working. Came in same day I requested help. The staff analyzed the problem and replaced the receiver on the spot. They have always had great service.
