Dr. Margaret Lewis is the best! So professional and friendly and she has been a wealth of information for me. I've had 2 visits with her as I needed an updated hearing test in order to purchase hearing aids. I will definitely utilize and highly recommend the Poway office for all your audiology needs.

My experience with here USA in Poway was very satisfactory. I contacted them regarding an issue I had with a hearing aid. It appeared one of the wires may have broken as The hearing aid did not work in one year. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if I was in a hurry. I told the attendant that I was not. Not only did they fix the hearing aid, but they cleaned both of them and updated the system. The audiologist adjusted my hearing aids so bad that it is painfully loud now. I have to turn them down 50% every time I put them on. I wanted to take them back to the audiologist and was told that I have to pay a $125 service fee to have her correct her own mistake!!! They responded to my review and requested that I give them another call. I did call them and they promised to call me back after talking to the audiologist but not surprisingly they never called. Terrible business!

Great customer care!! I walked in and they checked my hearing aids immediately. They updated and cleaned them and helped me connect them to my phone. No charge and friendly and knowledgeable. I was so glad I went there rather than try to figure out why my right hearing aid was not working.
