Aug 14, 2024 I went in HearUSA in Anaheim to have my right hearing aid fixed. I guessed it was a wire and it was. Wasn’t something I could fix on my own. They replaced the wire and cleaned my hearing aids immediately after arriving to my appointment. I left within 5 mins. Fast work and aides worked so good I had to turn volume down to what I’m accustomed to. Not to complain. I’m hearing everything. Who knew a tweaked wire cut out stuff before. Hear USA have a great customer service. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to the patient's hearing aid. The scheduling for an appointment is very easy and fast.
Kevin was awesome. He explained all the important features of the hearing aids and ensured I felt comfortable with their operation before I left. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to “upsell” me to the most expensive model available; letting me know that, for my needs, the lower priced model would suffice. He is a real credit to HearUSA.
It was a very professional, and I received my hearing aids the same day. Although one hearing aid for the left here is a little too big so I’ll have to stop by and get them to change that. But the gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind.
Very quick with the hearing aid adjustments and the updating the hearing test on ears for the aids adjustment. Friendly
