It was a very professional, and I received my hearing aids the same day. Although one hearing aid for the left here is a little too big so I’ll have to stop by and get them to change that. But the gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind.
Kevin was awesome. He explained all the important features of the hearing aids and ensured I felt comfortable with their operation before I left. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to “upsell” me to the most expensive model available; letting me know that, for my needs, the lower priced model would suffice. He is a real credit to HearUSA.
I was told on the phone that i would not be charged for an adjustment to my right hearing aid. They lied . When i got there they told me there wa a $65.00 charge . I Wasted an hour of my time.
The service at Hear USA is always great, quick, and efficient and the staff/people are friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great experience each time I visit.
Kevin is very nice and accommodating. He explains things thoroughly and without rushing.
