It was a very professional, and I received my hearing aids the same day. Although one hearing aid for the left here is a little too big so I’ll have to stop by and get them to change that. But the gentleman that helped me was very professional and kind.

Kevin was awesome. He explained all the important features of the hearing aids and ensured I felt comfortable with their operation before I left. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to “upsell” me to the most expensive model available; letting me know that, for my needs, the lower priced model would suffice. He is a real credit to HearUSA.

I was told on the phone that i would not be charged for an adjustment to my right hearing aid. They lied . When i got there they told me there wa a $65.00 charge . I Wasted an hour of my time.

I went in HearUSA in Anaheim to have my right hearing aid fixed. I guessed it was a wire and it was. Wasn’t something I could fix on my own. They replaced the wire and cleaned my hearing aids immediately after arriving to my appointment. I left within 5 mins. Fast work and aides worked so good I had to turn volume down to what I’m accustomed to. Not to complain. I’m hearing everything. Who knew a tweaked wire cut out stuff before.
