My experience at HearUSA was very good. The agent I met with was knowledgeable and knew the products well. In addition to knowing the products she also administered my hearing evaluation so she knew which product would work best for me. It was nice to have someone who listened to you. There was no high pressure sales. I would recommend them to anyone.
Not bad for a "first" time. We are entertained before our time. No long wait. SophieM is very helpful and recommended what's good for mom.
Very pleased with hearing aide so far. Easy on and off, control of volume, and get to listen to music. Made me realize I was not hearing well. Thank u so much...Sophie was very easy to communicate with and made me feel comfortable making it a pleasant experience.
I had a very positive experience at Hearing Rehab Center. The Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist, Randall Card, was very polite and professional. I am a non-native speaker of English, but Randall was patient, listened to my concerns and explained the hearing test results clearly to me. I feel that I got good service and support from him.
I've been going to Hearing Rehab Center on Queen Anne for quite a few years. They've provided excellenty and honest professional service to me. A friendly office, located in a quiet neigborhood. I've been very happy with my hearing aids!
