I had an appointment with Edwin at 2:45 but he was 20 minutes late. When he finally arrived he was very rude with a very poor attitude. When examining me he aggressively grabbed my head and twisted it causing cracking sound in my neck. When I addressed his aggressiveness his reply was “do you want the examination or not!” At that point I wanted to leave but he somewhat apologized explaining that he’s under stress because his daughter is getting married soon. Accompanied my sister-in-law for her first pair of hearing aides. Edwin took great care to help her overcome any anxieties about wearing the device. He was highly professional, but very approachable. I would recommend this office.

This was a great experience for my mom. Edwin provided an extremely thorough exam and explained everything we needed to know to make the right decision for her. Would definitely recommend the Cypress office!

I went for my appointment yesterday morning. The office is very clean as was the reception area and the exam rooms. The exam was performed fully and thoroughly explained. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely happy and satisfied when I left there.
