Zero stars. My 80 yr old dad was taken advantage off. He went in after he was told his hearing aid was free but charged $100 when he went alone and doesn’t fully in English. Sad to see people take advantage of the elderly. I would advice to not allow an elderly to go alone to this institution because they take advantage of the elderly
Very nice, professional, and courteous staff. Edwin was so patient and nice towards my mom’s hearing needs. I totally recommend this office.
I am pleased with the services I receive whenever I visit the office in Cypress, CA. They are caring, kind and address all situations thoroughly. A special Thank You to Christine at the front desk. She is always pleasant and receptive. I took my hearing aids yesterday to check as I was not hearing too well. She changed the filters and clean the ear phones. I am happily back on track. Lorna F:
