I took my grandma to HearingUSA not really knowing what to expect. I honestly thought we would walk in and get a very basic, general assessment for her hearing aids, but it was the complete opposite. The doctor took his time, listened carefully, and adjusted her hearing aids to fit her personal needs. He was kind, patient, and you can truly tell he has a big heart for what he does. I received excellent service on my visit. I was greeted by very courteous staff members. They were helpful, informative and caring. They answered my questions and explained things thoroughly in terms that were understandable. The excellent service they provided made me feel very comfortable about the reasons for my visit.
It was a wonderful experience. I met with Edwin. He invited my wife to attend. Took my hearing test and then we discussed what I was looking for in a set of hearing aids. Then I was fitted and put through some discussion situations. Everything went great! Ordered my set and came back in a week for a fitting. Edwin went through all the features and I was ready to go. I recommend Hearing USA and Edwin. Keep up the great work.

Great experience! Jorge at the front desk is organized, polite, and thoughtful. Edwin, the audiologist has a boatload of experience, is knowledgeable, and very personable. I recommend this branch of Hear specifically!
