It was a wonderful experience. I met with Edwin. He invited my wife to attend. Took my hearing test and then we discussed what I was looking for in a set of hearing aids. Then I was fitted and put through some discussion situations. Everything went great! Ordered my set and came back in a week for a fitting. Edwin went through all the features and I was ready to go. I recommend Hearing USA and Edwin. Keep up the great work.
I had an appointment with Edwin at 2:45 but he was 20 minutes late. When he finally arrived he was very rude with a very poor attitude. When examining me he aggressively grabbed my head and twisted it causing cracking sound in my neck. When I addressed his aggressiveness his reply was “do you want the examination or not!” At that point I wanted to leave but he somewhat apologized explaining that he’s under stress because his daughter is getting married soon. Overall, the experience was very good. They had my results of my hearing test, we chatted about what conditions I want improve listening ability. He then went through options for hearing aids, then fitted me with the one I wanted. He programmed them based on what I could hear and what I couldn’t. My only issue was they forgot to give me back my DL and health care card. They also helped the friend who went with me with the app to adjust hearing at home.
Accompanied my sister-in-law for her first pair of hearing aides. Edwin took great care to help her overcome any anxieties about wearing the device. He was highly professional, but very approachable. I would recommend this office.
I went for my appointment yesterday morning. The office is very clean as was the reception area and the exam rooms. The exam was performed fully and thoroughly explained. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely happy and satisfied when I left there.
