The staff at Hear USA were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Desiree was honest about what we needed and did not pressure us to make a purchase that was above our budget. My spouse is thrilled that he can hear again
The first office visit at HearUSA after the diagnosis of hearing decline at Kaiser was pleasant. They were well organized and stayed in touch before the appointment to gather my information and sent friendly reminders regarding my appointment. I am happy that their office is local to where I live.
Front desk personnel was very helpful. She provided insight to my hearing aid warranty and post warranty options. I’m disappointed with HearUSA post warranty support for hearing aid supplies. HearUSA does not offer the supplies for sale. Given what I know today I would have used a different supplier.
My nerve went dead in left ear, Kaiser recommended / referred me to HearUSA in Santa Clarita. Evelyn the hearing aid dispenser was kind, and patient she walked me and my husband through all the steps necessary to get the right hearing aid. After a week the hearing aid was ready to be picked up, I picked chocolate brown to match my skin tone, not my hair color for hearing aid color.
