I love my hearing aids what I liked was when I bought them they said I could come and get them cleaned and get new filters whenever I want to just drive in and they take care of it. Yesterday I went to go get my hearing aids cleaned and they told me it would be $60 and I quietly declined and asked to buy the rubber pieces and do it myself. The first office visit at HearUSA after the diagnosis of hearing decline at Kaiser was pleasant. They were well organized and stayed in touch before the appointment to gather my information and sent friendly reminders regarding my appointment. I am happy that their office is local to where I live.

The receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) was pleasant and efficient. Desiree reviewed and explained our hearing test results with us and answered all our questions. She was pleasant, patient, and not pushy about us getting hearing aids. I highly recommend Hear USA.

The staff at Hear USA were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Desiree was honest about what we needed and did not pressure us to make a purchase that was above our budget. My spouse is thrilled that he can hear again

Assistance was great by on duty front desk associated. She did all she could to get me up and going and when she found there was still an issue with my hearing aid, she made the effort to have them shipped back to have them worked on be my warranty expired.
