I was very pleased with the care and service I received at HearUSA in Santa Clarita. The receptionist was very friendly and attentive, and the audiologist was very professional while providing a thorough ear evaluation. I'm definitely returning to this practice for my hearing needs.
The staff are always kind and helpful. My hearing aids needed cleaning, which took the staff less than 3-5 minutes, and were returned by a very personable employee.
Specialist was not friendly or polite. Had no compassion or empathy. Had a better experience when Mr. Escamilla was there. He was kind and helpful.
The staff at Hear USA were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and very kind. Desiree was honest about what we needed and did not pressure us to make a purchase that was above our budget. My spouse is thrilled that he can hear again
I love my hearing aids what I liked was when I bought them they said I could come and get them cleaned and get new filters whenever I want to just drive in and they take care of it. Yesterday I went to go get my hearing aids cleaned and they told me it would be $60 and I quietly declined and asked to buy the rubber pieces and do it myself.
