Incredibly comfortable and caring help. Very professional, welcoming atmosphere. It's not a happy moment knowing your hearing is compromised but they made the experience warm and welcoming. Highest recommendation.

Mariya is excellent! She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She understands that there is a learning curve to new hearing aid users & is willing to hold your hand through the process.
My right hearing aid wasn't working so I took it in on Friday Feb 20th. They cleaned it yet it still didn't work. Finally they took it into the back and returned it. She needed to reprogram it for me and explained sometimes when upgrades are done on my phone or tv, it can disrupt my device. I also have a device with my hearing aid to my tv through a streaming device. I also needed to repair it again. Everything is working great. I was a walk-in and I was in & out within 20 minutes. Friendly and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and very professional. The audiologist was also friendly, courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered. The hearing aids are great. Any questions about the hearing aids were answered and they made sure they fit and worked the way they are supposed to. A great experience. I will recommend them to anyone that wants great service with a knowledgeable staff that has a friendly positive attitude towards all customers and patients. Have a nice day!
