At first I was impressed but not anymore. The website simply does not work-I did everything right and it won't book appts. The next button is greyed out. It did this on 3 occasions. So then I call the local place x 2 and no one picks up. So I next use chat to book a simple appt and give all the info CLEARLY to the robot or person . But the person/robot is mentally challenged and could not fathom that I was making a second appt as the first one we went to they could not complete and sent us away. Friendly and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and very professional. The audiologist was also friendly, courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered. The hearing aids are great. Any questions about the hearing aids were answered and they made sure they fit and worked the way they are supposed to. A great experience. I will recommend them to anyone that wants great service with a knowledgeable staff that has a friendly positive attitude towards all customers and patients. Have a nice day!
So far my experience has been awful. Initially it was nice. Clean location and friendly staff. Then it went south. I am 2 months in and still don't have my hearing aid. I seem to be the only one trying to sell me a hearing aid. I went in for the 3rd time only to be told they couldn't get me the hearing aid I want (an older over the ear model wo blue tooth) due to mt insurance, and even though my ppo ins was verified the hearing aid would still be 2-4 weeks out. Mariya provided excellent service at HearUSA. I enjoyed talking to her. She is a real person not a robot.
Mariya was very friendly, empathetic and thorough. She did not have a preconceived diagnosis. She took the time to ask questions about my husband’s health and changes in conditions that may be impacting his hearing loss. She conducted an in-depth hearing exam and listened carefully to my husband’s questions and concerns. I appreciated that Mariya did not immediately go into a “sales” mode to try and upsell new replacement more expensive hearing aids.
