Mariya was very friendly, empathetic and thorough. She did not have a preconceived diagnosis. She took the time to ask questions about my husband’s health and changes in conditions that may be impacting his hearing loss. She conducted an in-depth hearing exam and listened carefully to my husband’s questions and concerns. Mariya, the audiologist, is very nice, patient, and accommodating. She gives me a lot of useful information. Would recommend her. The office however don't usually answer calls nor return calls. Staff is polite.
Fantastic experience. First I was able to get a same day appointment. Then Mariya diagnosed both my hearing aids, determined they needed to go to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. She was able to confirm the warranty and that my medical insurance had coverage.
I had my hearing aids cleaned yesterday by Mariya. She was very accommodating and fast. I will return to her San Pedro location in the future. Very thorough lady.
Wonderful personal experience with Mariya at HearUSA. She spent her time discussing the benefits of each device and listened to my concern. I would recommend them to anyone experiencing hearing defecits.
