My right hearing aid wasn't working so I took it in on Friday Feb 20th. They cleaned it yet it still didn't work. Finally they took it into the back and returned it. She needed to reprogram it for me and explained sometimes when upgrades are done on my phone or tv, it can disrupt my device. I was very impressed with the professional service and cheerful employees. It was the Best and complete Ear exam I have ever had. The company upgraded my hearing aids with no problem, and I'm very happy with them. I have recommended HearUSA to friends and family. Thank You, Bonnie Frank
Friendly and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and very professional. The audiologist was also friendly, courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered. The hearing aids are great. Any questions about the hearing aids were answered and they made sure they fit and worked the way they are supposed to. A great experience. I will recommend them to anyone that wants great service with a knowledgeable staff that has a friendly positive attitude towards all customers and patients. Have a nice day!
So far my experience has been awful. Initially it was nice. Clean location and friendly staff. Then it went south. I am 2 months in and still don't have my hearing aid. I seem to be the only one trying to sell me a hearing aid. I went in for the 3rd time only to be told they couldn't get me the hearing aid I want (an older over the ear model wo blue tooth) due to mt insurance, and even though my ppo ins was verified the hearing aid would still be 2-4 weeks out.
