Friendly and courteous. The receptionist was friendly and very professional. The audiologist was also friendly, courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered. The hearing aids are great. Any questions about the hearing aids were answered and they made sure they fit and worked the way they are supposed to. A great experience. I will recommend them to anyone that wants great service with a knowledgeable staff that has a friendly positive attitude towards all customers and patients. Have a nice day!

Mariya was very friendly, empathetic and thorough. She did not have a preconceived diagnosis. She took the time to ask questions about my husband’s health and changes in conditions that may be impacting his hearing loss. She conducted an in-depth hearing exam and listened carefully to my husband’s questions and concerns. I appreciated that Mariya did not immediately go into a “sales” mode to try and upsell new replacement more expensive hearing aids. I had my hearing aids cleaned yesterday by Mariya. She was very accommodating and fast. I will return to her San Pedro location in the future. Very thorough lady.
Our technician was absolutely amazing and helpful and we couldn’t ask for a better experience with this issue that we’ve been dealing with. She was great.
