Always a pleasure to come into their office The ear doctor 👨‍⚕️ always helpful. It was the best thing EVER I did to come into his office! It’s been life changing ( I can hear) After being tested and fitted .. I was overwhelmed with joy and relief I could hear Birds, just for instance, I couldn’t hear before

I was wonderfully handled at HearUSA, they even opened an hour early to let me wait in warmth, instead of outside in the early morning weather. The receptionist answered all questions easily and right away. The actual individual to introduce me to their works completed his skill laden efforts with ease. I took the hearing test on site and learned just how quiet I was able to hear faint sounds. After, when introducing me to their products, he showed me where I could save, a matter of $1000's+. They're the best. This is my go-to hearing center from here on out. I've tried various services over many years ann found HearUSA in as shopping center twol miles from my home. What a difference! No pressure and no clever gimmicks to get you to buy more than you need. I used Connect Hearing for years--a different tech everytime I went, a miserable receptionist, to boot. I was treated with respect and so much helpfulness. It is refreshing to be able to deal with a business who provided really great customer service. Thank you to everyone at the Dewey Drive office. Very friendly and unassuming people. Let me in 1 hr early (thanks UBER), explains all before proceeding (if purchasing), answers to random questions. Nice. About a week later, I was told to return to check on how my Hear USA hearing aids were fitting in. Since everything was working okay and all my well considered questions were answered, I was given the ‘all is well’ hi-sign and went home with my cared for hearing aids. Thank you, Hear USA!
