Sabrina (audiologist) was outstanding—thorough, patient, and incredibly clear in explaining everything. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood each step and felt comfortable throughout - she is also technical. Truly rare to find such a thoughtful and knowledgeable audiologist! Amy (office) was also courteous.
The audiologist is excellent and knowledgeable about all aspects of this business and helps you understand what is going on and how to help you manage your hearing loss. Highly recommend the audiologist at the Hicksville location. Her name is Sabrina and she works by appointment only, so you will get her full attention.
