I have used hearing aids for several years and have worked with various competent professionals. In my opinion, the most competent Audiologist thus far has been Carly Gardiner, who currently works for Hear USA in the Hicksville, NY office. Although I suggest to anyone interested in purchasing hearing aids that they research several hearing aid providers, I ultimately recommend Carly Gardner and Hear USA. We had an amazing experience. Having a 6 year old with autisms and ADHD is always nerve wreaking. But we were so welcomed here, Dr Carly Gardiner was so understanding of our little boy, so loving and so patient. We had a great experience, I recommend this Dr to all adults and I specially recommend this place if you have a special need child, you will be treated with care and respect here. Can’t forget the front desk Elizabeth, welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel at ease.
Carly was the epitome of professional. She was very comforting and provided me with a bunch of education about my hearing and my overall ear health. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Sabrina Rainery and her staff are caring and efficient. Very short waiting in the office for my appointments. The Windex Moment hearing aids are comfortable and work well. When I had issues with my hearing aids the took care of it within 24 hours. I would and have highly recommended her
