The receptionist was professional and friendly. She provided the information we needed. I give her 5 stars. I have been a customer at this location since 2015. I tried Hear.com online The Hear.com hearing aids stopped working after 10 months. Hear.com referred me to Hear USA for repair. Barbara Parker was confrontational and said the hearing aides were dead and out of warranty. I explained that I had Kaiser insurance and had been referred by Hear. Com. I went to hearing USA to get a pair of hearing aids. Dr. Barbara at the Eastlake facility was very friendly and personable. I would recommend them to anybody that has to have hearing aids. Nothing anybody really wants but they’re the ones to go to very professional. I would recommend them Over, any other company that I spoke with? She recommended the type that was what I needed and I was very satisfied when I left. I actually can’t wait to get them in a couple weeks. Thank you, Dr. Barbara

From the ist moment I arrived ,I was impressed by the welcoming and professionalism atmosphere. My particular appreciation goes to Barbara, who conducted my hearing test.Her professionalism was exemplary.As soon as I entered the testing room, her calm demeanor and clear instructions ensured that I felt entirely at ease throughout the entire process..thank you..

I was seen promptly for my appointment. Dr. Carol listened to my concerns and explained the options available. I agree to the easiest and quickest option to see if it could succeed before investing more time and money. She agreed with my approach and proceeded to provide the extra tools for me. She fully explained what to expect and when to reach out if this option didn't work for me. I'd be happy to see her again; I felt comfortable and confident in her care and communication.

I went into this location on 5/22/26 around 830am as a walk in to attempt to troubleshoot my right hearing aid as the volume button stopped working. When the front desk lady who was attempting to assist me could not resolve the issue, she became hostile telling me with a sarcastic tone "it's working" despite me attempting to communicate that the hearing aid volume was not changing despite my attempts to troubleshoot it myself.
