I was seen promptly for my appointment. Dr. Carol listened to my concerns and explained the options available. I agree to the easiest and quickest option to see if it could succeed before investing more time and money. She agreed with my approach and proceeded to provide the extra tools for me. She fully explained what to expect and when to reach out if this option didn't work for me. I'd be happy to see her again; I felt comfortable and confident in her care and communication.

Doctor Surrey has been the most understanding and professional audiologist I've worked with. Not only is she knowledgeable in her profession, but also very resourceful in pinning down my specific hearing needs.

First of all it was close to my home! Second of all I felt comfortable when I walked into the office and was greeted by the great staff. I particularly liked Dr Barbara. She was knowledgeable and took me step by step into the process of getting my new hearing aids. She was kind! I was also amazed by the hearing aids themselves. They are easy to put on and take off and I don't have to do much. Just enjoy all the sounds that I've missed! Thank you for serving and helping people!☺️

From the ist moment I arrived ,I was impressed by the welcoming and professionalism atmosphere. My particular appreciation goes to Barbara, who conducted my hearing test.Her professionalism was exemplary.As soon as I entered the testing room, her calm demeanor and clear instructions ensured that I felt entirely at ease throughout the entire process..thank you..

The staff is great! I would recommend this place to anyone needing assistance with a hearing device. This will be my second device. My first device lasted years after the warranty expired. Great service!!
