First of all it was close to my home! Second of all I felt comfortable when I walked into the office and was greeted by the great staff. I particularly liked Dr Barbara. She was knowledgeable and took me step by step into the process of getting my new hearing aids. She was kind! I was also amazed by the hearing aids themselves. They are easy to put on and take off and I don't have to do much. Just enjoy all the sounds that I've missed! Thank you for serving and helping people!☺️

From the ist moment I arrived ,I was impressed by the welcoming and professionalism atmosphere. My particular appreciation goes to Barbara, who conducted my hearing test.Her professionalism was exemplary.As soon as I entered the testing room, her calm demeanor and clear instructions ensured that I felt entirely at ease throughout the entire process..thank you..

I feel Carol was very thorough with testing my hearing, at my first appointment and explaining my options for hearing devices. I picked up my devices yesterday. The office seems to run very smoothly. Didn't have to wait long to be seen and Carol explained everything I needed to know. I had a really good experience. This is the first time I had ever had to purchase a hearing device and it was a very good experience for me!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of going for hearing aide adjustment at the Eastlake office, There reception by the office staff was excellent as well as the clinician Barbara, she was superior. Barbara was very pleasant and understanding of all my concerns. I am 87 and at times can be a pain, but her experience made the visit easy and complete. The receptionist greeted us promptly and courteously. Carol Surrey did an excellent job testing my hearing and explaining the results in a very informative way. No hard sell on upgrades, just offered me what she felt would fit my needs best. All around great experience.
