Went for a hearing aid follow up visit at HearUSA in Forest Hills as it recently my reopened. The audiologist, Jayda Allen was a consummate professional as she listened to my concerns and history. I was very impressed with Anthony, the receptionist who was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I have recommended this store to my friends and family. I look forward to my next visit in the spring.
Dr. Jayda is the best- knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly, always smiling! The young man at the reception desk is efficient.
The office on Austin Street in Kew Gardens was very accessible. The audiologist was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office personnel was very friendly and answered all the questions recommend a place very highly.

My experience at HearUSA was an absolute nightmare. My 93 year old mother needed her hearing aid repaired (she only used one though she was deaf in both ears) and it was dropped off at the Forest Hills location for an agreed upon price of $350 for the repair. A week later I called to find out the status and was informed that because a previous employee had not entered the proper serial number when it wa last brought in for repair, the manufacturer would not accept the hearing aid for repair.
