It was interesting. The first few times I went I was taken to the back to a very nice young woman. This time the young one at 5he desk asked what I was there for. I had assumed I would be in the back away from the waiting area to express privately my concerns. I tried to explain what I needed and she said I was there to see HER. Charlene and Jasmine are great! They are very professional and competent, and provide exceptional customer service. Their sincere friendly and courteous attitude never falters making each visit a pleasant experience.
I came in without an appointment because my hearing aide was tuning in and out. I was welcomed right in and the audiologist fixed it in minutes! This is the best office for service with a smile!
Great attention to details that I would have not thought of if it were not for Danielle..She is wonderful and helpful. Actually the whole office is…Just wish they were open on Saturday!!!
Wonderful staff, acomodating, efficient and caring. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.... awesome experience
