It was interesting. The first few times I went I was taken to the back to a very nice young woman. This time the young one at 5he desk asked what I was there for. I had assumed I would be in the back away from the waiting area to express privately my concerns. I tried to explain what I needed and she said I was there to see HER. I came in without an appointment because my hearing aide was tuning in and out. I was welcomed right in and the audiologist fixed it in minutes! This is the best office for service with a smile!
Excellent service. I had been putting off getting hearing aids because I thought they would be too much trouble. I should have gotten them a lot earlier. They are no trouble and have made life better. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.
