This specific HearUSA is always fantastic in terms of communication and service, but during my most recent trip, they absolutely saved my sanity. I came in for an ear mold fitting that turned into spending extra time with me to figure out why my new iphone would not connect to my hearing aid as the old iphone had. After an extended round of troubleshooting, we discovered it was the brand new phone, not the hearing aid, the software, or the mold (which did need to be redone, but was not causing the problem). Always a professional, social, friendly and very efficient experience. There are many locations but I always make sure to visit the West Covina location. People are nice, ask the pertinent questions and just all around want to know the patients comfort. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Blanca was very patient and helpful. My dad’s hearing aids were cleaned and are like new now! She provided tips and techniques on how to keep them clean. We are grateful for the excellent service we have received, every time we have been here!

Gracie was so nice and accommodating at the front desk reception. Fernando was very knowledgeable and understanding in testing our hearing abilities as senior clients. He explained very well all options for securing a new pair for my husband because he has been wearing a 4-year old pair of hearing aids.
