Blanca was very patient and helpful. My dad’s hearing aids were cleaned and are like new now! She provided tips and techniques on how to keep them clean. We are grateful for the excellent service we have received, every time we have been here!
Visited your West Covina office and Bianca was so awesome. I was in a panic about one of my hearing aid it was not working. She showed me about the filters I didn't even know about 🤦she. Was so helpful. I will be going back to your office for now on.
Gracie was so nice and accommodating at the front desk reception. Fernando was very knowledgeable and understanding in testing our hearing abilities as senior clients. He explained very well all options for securing a new pair for my husband because he has been wearing a 4-year old pair of hearing aids. The service was great as usual. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We were seen right on time and we were done very quickly. Keep up the great work.
I was having trouble with my hearing aid so I made an appointment to get it checked. I couldn’t make my appointment in time. So they still saw me even though I was 45 minutes late. They promptly sent the hearing aid back to the mfg. the customer service was great
