Quick, accommodating, friendly, didn’t take long to get an appointment. Would have liked to have more instruction and practice putting aids on. They fall off easily and get tangled in my hair.

Although the new purchase was significantly cheaper than the first set I find there is no loss in quality and performance. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to my satisfaction.
