Outstanding experience, well fitted ear pieces that were custom made for my odd shaped ear canals. Best hearing ever!
The staff set up appointment very efficiently. The technician had professional and excellent skills to adjust my hearing aids. Overall, they provided excellent customer service.
Discovered my hearing aids needed cleaning and received servicing and demonstration of how to do same, for future needs, if I chose not to come into the office. Accommodating and helpful staff.
The front desk staff Bianca and Jasmine were able to fit me in with a last minute appointment!! My service tech Fernando is very helpful and was able to explain to me what was happening with my devices and how / why he did what was needed! This office in West Covina is friendly everytime I go in.
I was surprised at how fast everything went with my appointment. Baraah was very professional with a sweet bedside manner and a resemblance of my niece. Baraah was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the ladies that worked the front office, the office had a friendly atmosphere, One lady wrote my following appointments on a business card and handed it to me without my asking.
