I was surprised at how fast everything went with my appointment. Baraah was very professional with a sweet bedside manner and a resemblance of my niece. Baraah was very thorough and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with the ladies that worked the front office, the office had a friendly atmosphere, One lady wrote my following appointments on a business card and handed it to me without my asking. The front desk staff Bianca and Jasmine were able to fit me in with a last minute appointment!! My service tech Fernando is very helpful and was able to explain to me what was happening with my devices and how / why he did what was needed! This office in West Covina is friendly everytime I go in.
Fernando was so patient in addressing my husband’s needs on his hearing aid. He explained and gave instructions how to use it efficiently. My husband left the clinic happy and satisfied.
