Gracie was so nice and accommodating at the front desk reception. Fernando was very knowledgeable and understanding in testing our hearing abilities as senior clients. He explained very well all options for securing a new pair for my husband because he has been wearing a 4-year old pair of hearing aids. I was having trouble with my hearing aid so I made an appointment to get it checked. I couldn’t make my appointment in time. So they still saw me even though I was 45 minutes late. They promptly sent the hearing aid back to the mfg. the customer service was great
Quick, accommodating, friendly, didn’t take long to get an appointment. Would have liked to have more instruction and practice putting aids on. They fall off easily and get tangled in my hair.
Outstanding experience, well fitted ear pieces that were custom made for my odd shaped ear canals. Best hearing ever!
