They keep glass windows on reception closed and door to rest of office locked. i have to visit the bathroom frequently. I knocked on the glass windows and said i needed to use the bathroom she said stuffily i am on a medical call now. I had.explain explicitly why i needed to go now. She finally unlocked the door. I did knock loudly on the glass window but still i shouldnt have to beg to go. They took my hearing aides and phone and programmed the new hearing aides to what must have been an old test. Extremely unhappy with product and customer service. Bought hearing aid in Oct 2022. This will be the 4th time it will need to be sent back for repairs. Last time I inquired about exchanging for a better product as this one was turning out to be a lemon. I was told , sorry can't do anything about it, just keep bringing it in every time it breaks down until the warranty expires and then I would have to pay $450 every time. Here usa is a ripoff ****** is way better got hearing aid at here usa never worked right company does not care.
I purchased a pair of battery operated hearing aids in 2020 November. They operate by a wire attached to main unit. This wire is very thin. When putting on and taking off the units, stress is applied to wires causing wear and tear. The audiologist is very nice but having to replace the wire every month is a hassle and time consuming.I paid over two thousand dollars for two pieces of plastic.Also I was never offered a selection of different products that *** have been available.
