It was very quick and easy to complete. The only problem I had was I had to make three trips to the HEAR USA offices to get the problem resolved, two to the office in Santa Ana and one to the office in Costa Messa due to A problem the repair facility caused.
My 95 year old mother has been a Hear USA customer for years now. The staff at all of the locations that we have visited between California and Arizona have always provided above and beyond great service. The kind gentleman at the Costa Mesa office loaned her a charger for a few days while we were visiting in California because she had forgotten hers in Arizona. It is life-changing for her to be able to hear so we really appreciate the people that make Hear USA so special. Thank you!
Jared is truly exceptional!! When he left his previous office, I followed him to his Costa Mesa Office although that meant extra driving for me. He is extremely thorough in his assessment and spends extra time to make sure my hearing aids are fine tuned to meet my specific hearing challenges. He is always so pleasant, kind and supportive!! I feel very fortunate to have him as my trusted HA Specialist.
Great Customer Service. I mistakenly thought I had an appointment at 08:00am, they do not open till 08:30. The gentleman open up early and Serviced my hearing aids , great customer service.
I needed an adjustment and reassurance. Got an appointment quickly and got exactly what I needed. Nice people too.
