Jared at the Newport a beach branch was God sent to me! He knew exactly how to reassure my husband and I in regards to my daughters hearing aids. He explained things to us that we were not aware of. Jared you deserve nothing but the best! We are so grateful for you!

It was very quick and easy to complete. The only problem I had was I had to make three trips to the HEAR USA offices to get the problem resolved, two to the office in Santa Ana and one to the office in Costa Messa due to A problem the repair facility caused.
