Danielle is the best! She’s knowledgeable, caring and always here for questions. For anyone just entering their hearing aid journey, I highly recommend Danielle at Hear USA in Corona.
I have hearing aids already and was considering new ones. I made an appointment to check out my options. Danielle was very helpful in helping me determine the issue with my existing hearing aids and made suggestions. There was no pressure to buy new ones, but only helped me with my many questions regarding the new technology available to me. I’ll be back when it’s time to get new ones!
This appointment was for my Mom. The doctor and staff are very professional, helpful, and explained everything well, did not try to up-sale. In the past few years we have been to several other hearings doctos/offices but this was is the best.
I have had nothing but good service. Danielle is the best. I live in Colorado and visit. Both times in the last year I have needed help. She was so accommodating, even though I was a walk in. She would be my go to everytime if I lived here. So, I would highly recommend her for any hearing problems or problems with you hearing aids. Definitely 5 star.
I come to see this specific lady because she is hard of hearing herself, so she perfectly understands what a fully deaf customer needs when adjusting the computer to match my needs. She knows ASL, and we communicate easily without a 1% barrier. I drive an hour just for small checkups, fixes, bugs and anything else that comes up. Highly recommended!
