The office is very open and inviting. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The audiologist Danielle is very professional trying to get the best fit for my hearing aids. I have had several problems with two of the products she has recommended. I am looking forward to seeing Danielle in a couple of days to see what she has come up with to help with my difficult issues. My 91 year old dad is a client here. They treat him so well. Friendly, kind, professional and efficient, he is so grateful for HearUSA. Joyfully, they help him with simple tasks like cleaning his aids. Thank you for treating my dad so wonderful. We appreciate you.
I took my mother in because she was complaining about the hearing aides not working well. The staff at Corona Hear USA were fantastic. They were able to allow us to do a walk in. They came right out and assessed the issues, then took the hearing aides back to review and ultimately fixed some damaged wiring in both aides. They were very kind, attentive and friendly the entire time. We were in and out in no more than 7 minutes. Made my 88 year old Mother’s Day. Thank you.
I have been coming here (hear). lol for over 3 years now. My initial visit was an assessment and molds and choices of hearing aides…They arrived quickly! My next visit was to pick up my new hearing aides. I was in and out in ten minutes!! I worked with Daniele both times. She is amazing at what she does! Very professional and super knowledgeable! I have been back over to her few years for various things, always been taken care of and satisfaction above and beyond my expectations!
Great experience. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Danielle and Neisha both represented their company in a positive manner and were great to work with. I would recommend this company and location to anyone in dealing with hearing challenges.
