Very welcoming office to start with. Friendly staff with lots of smiles. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. Lots of choices to ponder, fit, color...who knew? Danielle is amazing, the most knowledgeable person I've ever known when it comes to hearing aids. She also is amazing when it comes to customer service, going out of her way to make sure you have the best product, the best fit and the best adjustments possible. She's beyond 5 stars, I give her a 10 star rating.
My visit was quick and the technician was fantastic. She was able to connect my hearing aids to my phone app in a matter of minutes. I had tried for a few days unsuccessfully but she did it so fast. My new molds are great. They fit well and are comfortable. I love this business and specifically this Corona location. Thank you!
Danielle Romine did a great job helping me with my hearing aids. She was both knowledgeable and professional and a great people person. I highly recommend her to anyone.
The people at this office are so pleasant and helpful. Danielle always explains what she is doing to make my hearing aides work perfectly. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy or service my aides!
