I have been coming here (hear). lol for over 3 years now. My initial visit was an assessment and molds and choices of hearing aides…They arrived quickly! My next visit was to pick up my new hearing aides. I was in and out in ten minutes!! I worked with Daniele both times. She is amazing at what she does! Very professional and super knowledgeable! I have been back over to her few years for various things, always been taken care of and satisfaction above and beyond my expectations!
Very welcoming office to start with. Friendly staff with lots of smiles. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. Lots of choices to ponder, fit, color...who knew? Danielle is the best and is very friendly too. If you're looking for a huh quitter, or just want the s/o to stop hitting the back of your head.. 😉 Go see Danielle
My visit was quick and the technician was fantastic. She was able to connect my hearing aids to my phone app in a matter of minutes. I had tried for a few days unsuccessfully but she did it so fast. My new molds are great. They fit well and are comfortable. I love this business and specifically this Corona location. Thank you!
Danielle is amazing, the most knowledgeable person I've ever known when it comes to hearing aids. She also is amazing when it comes to customer service, going out of her way to make sure you have the best product, the best fit and the best adjustments possible. She's beyond 5 stars, I give her a 10 star rating.
Outstanding service! Comfortable with sharing my concerns with Danielle regarding my hearing aid needs. She was very receptive and was able to set them up where they are compatible to my personal needs.
