I am a returning customer needing new hearing aids, I was tested by Doctor Montgomery then fitted for new hearing aids and then sound adjustments for my hearing. I had to come back to see Deena who was so nice and friendly, helping me solve my problem with the hearing aids staying in my ears. I have my follow up appointment next week (1 month after receiving my new ones).

Doc Montgomery and her staff are friendly and accommodating, making for a very pleasant experience. The hearing exam was thorough and the results were carefully explained. So far the hearing aids selected seem proper. I recommend them highly.
I only give two stars. The Redmond office is only open 1 day a week. I have had a problem with my charging case for my hearing aids. Now not charged for 1 1/2 weeks . I ordered a new one hoping to get it soon, I Called the office and spoke to the Receptionist. Come to find out, the charger is still in process. What does that mean????? I even went into ask. Still no answer to the solution. I am without hearing aids. I am not happy.
Very efficient procedure, enjoyed Dr. Montgomery 's manner.
