About what I would expect from a place that makes their money selling hearing aids. Unfortunately, there aren’t any highly recommended places that you can really trust to go through the process of the hearing test and possible assistance in deciding on a hearing aid. Having said that, this company seems legit and very friendly and informative. Fingers crossed that they aren’t just in it for the money. Yes, I would probably recommend them, but I don’t have any other experience.
As usual, customer service is excellent at HearUSA Bend. I came in with three issues with my hearing aids and problems were solved, as well as extra service replacing parts was cheerfully given. I continue to be pleased with Dr Montgpmery and her team.
The hearing testing was definitely thorough and the office staff was extremely helpful. They explained the cost of hearing aids and gave us some ideas to try. Nice people, would definitely go back.
The Redmond office was very helpful, they worked me in and took care of my needs. The front desk person was friendly, kind, helpful, and also had great phone skills.
The audiologist was excellent, took as much time as we needed. The receptionist was extremely nice and friendly, they both made us feel at home. The adjustments the audiologist did made all the difference in the world. Highly recommend.
