We were trying to address an issue with my HA pairing with my cell phone but were not able to resolve it because I couldn't understand what was being communicated on my landline. No one was at fault.

Doc Montgomery and her staff are friendly and accommodating, making for a very pleasant experience. The hearing exam was thorough and the results were carefully explained. So far the hearing aids selected seem proper. I recommend them highly.

About what I would expect from a place that makes their money selling hearing aids. Unfortunately, there aren’t any highly recommended places that you can really trust to go through the process of the hearing test and possible assistance in deciding on a hearing aid. Having said that, this company seems legit and very friendly and informative. Fingers crossed that they aren’t just in it for the money. Yes, I would probably recommend them, but I don’t have any other experience.

Had a follow-up question regarding accepting calls on my hearing aid. They answered the phone quickly and walked me through the steps needed to resolve my question. I can highly recommend them based on the service they provided.
