When my hearing aid seemed suddenly unable to amplify sound as usual, I visited HearUSA in mission Grove. They were able to determine an issue with it. They mailed it off the the company that handles this particular brand to be repaired. In the meanwhile they offered a loaner aid to allow me to continue functioning as normal as possible. The staff were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. I appreciate all they did. My fixed hearing aid was returned two weeks. Great Service, But! I have been a HEAR USA Client since 2021. As I went in for my annual audiology exam, and subsequent fitting for new hearing aids, I feel that the chain charges exorbitant prices for their products. I found the exact same hearing aids from a Google search for $5,000 less!!
