I have had excellent service from HearUSA. I especially appreciate that I can get a yearly hearing test at no cost, and they will clean my hearing aids whenever I take them in.
I went into HearUSA in Riverside for a minor hearing aid problem. At no charge they fixed it for me and offered a hearing test for me, also at no charge. I made an appointment to have my hearing tested the next day. After the test they adjusted my hearing aids which made a significant difference in my ability to hear.
Phillip has been great and always available when I need some adjustments to my new hearing aids.
Very precise and quality care. Nice employees. I bring my mother-in-law here for her auditory care and I would most definitely recommend Hear USA
They got me in quickly and addressed my concerns. Very nice customer service!
