I have had several appointments at this particular location regarding my hear.com hearing aids. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and has helped me make some important decisions regarding my trial Period. I recommend this office to anyone who needs assistance with hearing aids.
The sound in my left HAid went out and I tried to have it checked in store near me in Laguna Niguel. They were booked but Elaine in the Laguna Hills store was able to take me right away. She corrected the problem and educated me more on proper care of these devices. Elaine is a very positive person and represents Hear USA very well. She is a credit to your organization.
I have tried 4 different hearing aids and paid between $100-400 dollars for each. None worked as I expected. My new hearing aid makes a huge difference I am very satisfied……it’s worth the $$$$$ 5,000…….!?
