Angie is wonderful. She always takes the time to listen and she really cares about your experience with your hearing aids. She’s the best! I highly recommend.
Mother was visiting from Sweden and had an issue with her hearing aid made by Signa. I have Signa hearing aids myself so i called Hear USA to see if they could help. They said we could come by and they would take a look at it. We arrived and Elaine took the Hear aid and a few minutes later came back and the problem was resolved. Mom was happy and I was happy Hear USA was able to get it fixed so quickly. Thank you Elaine and Hear USA for your help. Now mom can enjoy the rest of her trip with working hearing aids.
We had a great experience with Angie who is the sweetest and kindest ever. She is patient and knowledgeable and was able to walk us through all the options and make adjustments. Highly recommend.
