When my 92 year young mom explained to Karl that she is claustrophobic, he stated that if he and I remained completely quiet, he could leave the soundproof room door ajar to give my mom peace of mind. He also explaimed Mom's test results to me in great detail and helped me to understand how she hears me yet is unable to understand what I've said to her. Greeted politely by the person who was going to work with me on my hearing aids. Had a easy going demeanor. He inserted my hearing aids like he was doing a magic trick. I hardly noticed the hearing aids were installed. Overall a good visit.
This place is amazing. My mom needed new hearing aids and Carl helped her out so much. He was so kind to her and so knowledgeable about the hearing aids.And Angie, She is great with keeping in contact with you. So very kind too. We just love it here.
The whole experience was amazing. Carl was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. And, most importantly, he achieved his goal of clarifying my hearing.
I have very poor hearing. Went to them had a thorough hearing test to find out how bad it was. Doctor did an excellent job in analyzing. Tuned my hearing aids and l can't believe how much my world has changed!!!!
