I bought my Signia hearing aids from Hear USA in Mount Lebanon, Pittsburgh. Carl gave me not only a thorough audiology test, but also a detailed overall explanation of how my hearing aids work in conjunction with my individual loss. Yesterday, 3 years later, with the same expertise Carl gave me an updated audiology test, checked, cleaned, and updated my prescription in his office. Take it from, my wife, family, friends and myself. The restored ability to hear music, conversation and media clearly again is a joy.
I just had questions on whether or not my current hearing aids had certain capabilities (they do, but the Hearing aid fitter did not want to turn it on) & about my starting to look at whether or not it makes sense to start thinking about replacement hearing aids since my current ones are 5 years old - Has technology in new hearing aids improved enough to make it worthwhile? They meeting was on-time and my issues were fixed in a half an hour. No complaints from me.
