We met with Carl S. He was very straight forward about my hearing needs. He dispelled some marketing reports about various choices that exist about hearing devices. I appreciated his candor and tried on the recommended option. I am satisfied with the outcome and agreed to purchase the hearing aids.
Hearings aids “died” while on vacation. Went to Pittsburgh location, was lucky to get appointment, and Carl fixed them within 20 minutes. Was very happy with the results! I am able to hear again.
Went to the Mt Lebanon store for a repair on my behind the ear hearing aid. Replaced the wire and made sure it worked properly. Appointment was spot on, no waiting. Technician was courteous and thorough.
The hearing service was very good. Appointment time was kept and receiver was ordered and replaced on the hearing aide within a weeks time. Unfortunately, there were other issues with the hearing aide requiring sending in to Widex. Due to the limited time I had here, decided to wait until I hit back honestly to take care of it.
Fantastic experience all around. Very professional staff. They took their time in explaining everything.
